Понравилось Love Coldstream Site, staff lovely and friendly, pitches good size, showers and toilets lovely and clean and lots of hot water showers and washbasins. Lovely walk along river to town.

We understand your frustration regarding the cost of using the EV charging point. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wanted to clarify its operation: The EV charger does not belong to Coldstream Holiday Park. It is managed and operated by an external, third-party company. Coldstream Holiday Park does not set or control the prices for charging. The external provider manages all aspects of the pricing structure and tariffs.

We offer the charging point as an added convenience for our guests who drive electric vehicles, but unfortunately, the pricing is entirely out of our hands.

We sincerely apologise if the pricing caused any inconvenience during your stay. We aim to offer the best possible experience, and we are disappointed that this external service detracted from your otherwise positive visit.

Понравилось Nice holiday park with motorhome places, even, each their own small lawn, nice facilities building, clean and proper. also access to a riverside walkway, that brings you right to the village and the Hirsel Estate entrance. AND when I arrived I received a very tasty cup of hot soup 🍲🥰

Site location
Pot wash area (even has microwaves).
There is a standalone shower)toilet at the back of the block, which is very handy. Shower much warmer and more powerful than the main ones, though turns into an instant steam room!

Не понравилось Showers... The main ones at the front of the block were not great - very cramped with no obvious drain to squeegee water to. Not great heat/power either.
