Понравилось The bathrooms were clean and the fields were great and well kept in a nice area

Не понравилось The cafe ruined the experience which will make sure we don’t return.. forgetting full orders twice between me and my friends, which would have been understandable but to then be followed up by terrible attitude from staff when asked where the meals were. Even getting to the point of having to show my bank payment to them to finally get my order and not getting a single apology.
We also got told entertainment was at 6 here which wasn’t true at all.
My friend also hired the teepee tents from here which are way overpriced, their “electrical access” is just a small power bank which often doesn’t work the fairy lights. This was an issue for most of the teepees barring one.

Понравилось Toilet and shower facilities were perfect.
Cafe food was delicious and catered for children.
Spacious field with flat pitches

Не понравилось Not dislikes, but recommendations..
Water points on camping field
Would be nice to be allowed a fire pit.

Понравилось Very good campsite. Toilet block was clean (though only comment was as they are wet rooms if showers has been used toilet area can become dirty with footprints - a squeegee would be good to allow it to be cleared up after shower).

But probably best toilet block on a campsite we have experienced.

Water was hot for washing up.

Marina cafe was lovely. Can buy bottles of beer also ther which was a bonus.
Afternoon a band was on which was nice.

Не понравилось Not to do with campsite but for information. We brought our bikes assuming as its a marina the towpath would be gravel/good for getting about.

They are grass ans hard going so not really much use to get other areas

Понравилось Cleanliness of toilet/shower block, spaces in between pitches, picnic benches behind pitch, space between the motorhome area and camping field, live music on sat! great pitch sizes, beautiful marina, fields right next door to walk dogs, proper dog wash!!

Не понравилось Can't think of anything, other than the shower rooms could do with a flat surface/shelf to place your items whilst in the shower/washing.

Понравилось Great stay, clean and peaceful site with gorgeous views. Loved the super Saturday activities especially at reasonable prices. Great stay for great price

Не понравилось Service in the cafe was very slow. Waited 40 minutes for 2 milkshakes and a cup of tea at 10am on a sunday morning. luckily the weather was nice so we didn’t mind as we were sat outside but still a lengthy wait for drinks especially with children which put us off ordering food which was a shame.

Понравилось The pitch sizes were spacious

Не понравилось The shower facilities were modern but not great, the showers need squeegees because when you go to the loos, you're stood in a lake sometimes.

I struggled to locate where to empty my cassette toilet and when I asked other caravanners, they didn't know either.

They have great bar facilities on site which is great with the site being miles from anywhere, but the bar shuts at 7.30pm... what's the point of that???

Понравилось New toilet block with private individual bathrooms.
Super cafe and bar area.
Friendly staff.

Не понравилось Inconsiderate campers leaving bathrooms dirty and in a mess. (It was weekend with lots of children around in both tourers and tents).
No indication of bathrooms being vacant or engaged.
No mops or squeegees to dry floor after showering.
Grey water disposal grid needs a tap to allow rinsing of waste containers.
Roadway on touring area is just dirt with potholes and a little gravel. This needs tarmacadam., would be very muddy in wet weather.

Понравилось Everything, we stayed in our motorhome on a non electric pitch, you pitch yourself and lots of room. The 8 toilets also have shower in the room. The entertainment on Saturday was a bonus. Lovely Cafe/bar area overlooking the marina. We took our bikes and rode the tow path on the opposite side, quite a lot of low hanging trees wouldn’t recommend.
