Понравилось Views, welcome from wardens, large pitch.

Не понравилось Facilities a long walk around empty static pitches, dogs barking in "seasonal" Van behind us. Riverside walk to long to be enjoyable and for most of it no Riverside.
Showers very hot to cold as button pressed and poor design leaving you dressing in a puddle.

The walk to the shower block is only a few minutes no matter where you are pitched on site.

Regarding the riverside walk, the route follows the public footpath and the river as they naturally are — it isn’t something we’re able to change.

We’re also sorry you were disturbed by barking from a nearby seasonal unit. If we’d been told during your stay, we could have dealt with it straight away, so please do let us know at the time if anything like this happens again.

Your comments about the showers are noted. We will be looking into the temperature fluctuation you described to make sure they’re safe and working as they should.

We were a little surprised to see only a 6, especially with the positives you mentioned. We see you scored us a 1 for Wi Fi when we don't actually advertise that we have it so find this a little unfair.

The dual carriageway noise is unfortunately something we can’t control, though it does vary a lot depending on wind direction.

The 7‑second push button in the men’s shower is part of the water‑saving system, but we know it can feel a bit quick. Your comments about the shower tray and water escaping are completely fair, and we’ll take a look at what can be improved.

Понравилось Friendly welcome. Very clean. A good sized plot and pleasant situation. Very convenient for going into Worcester. Toilet block and entrance gate codes made this site feel as safe as it could be.

Понравилось This a real find of a campsite close to a shop,bus stop, restaurant x2 and a host of walks direct from the site. Whilst being a fairly quiet area with only minor traffic noise. Bathrooms were clean and the water hot. Good sized pitches for your units. Gorgeous walk into Worcester city centre Cathedral parks etc . Very helpful and welcoming owners.

Не понравилось Only dislike was the showers which are operated by push button and run for only short few seconds. I understand this has to be to save precious water, however as I suffer with arthritic hands the pressure required was almost impossible. Not the campsites fault but there was also a crow scarer in an ajacent field which fired every hour which was rather annoying and would of meant if we had still had our gun shy dog with us we wouldnt of been able to stay.

Thanks as well for mentioning the shower buttons — we understand they can be tricky for anyone with arthritic hands, and we’ll look at whether we can make them easier to use. The crow scarer in the neighbouring field is unfortunately outside our control, but it is only temporary whilst the farmer protects newly sown crops.

Понравилось Location next to the river and level pitches. Facilities were clean and we had a lovely welcome when we got here.
It’s a very nice walk into Worcester and local supermarkets on 2 mins from the site.

Friendly and helpful staff, overall quiet and peaceful stay!

Не понравилось Having to punch a code in to access the main gates to the site and to use the facilities ie..toilet and showers yet anybody can walk through the site from the river bank walking path!
Shame couldn't actually see the river from the front row pitches due to the river bank being overgrown. Still a lovely spot and would definitely look to stay again for a weekend in the near future.
Toilet and shower block needs to have windows that actually open during very hot days as its like a furnace in there also fresh air is a must for busy toilets.

Our main gates are coded to help ensure a warm welcome for our guests, while allowing access only to visitors who have booked with their vehicle. The toilet facilities are also protected by a code, so they remain available for our paying guests rather than walkers who happen to stray from the public footpath which runs along the river.
Over the past month, we’ve been taking part in “No Mow May” to support pollinator conservation and biodiversity. We’ve now started gently trimming back the riverbanks in readiness for the fishing season, which begins on 15 June, so our guests can make the most of our free fishing pegs.

Понравилось The site is very secure with a big gate which needs a code to enter and exit.
The pitches are nicely spaced out and all have river views.
The toilet and shower block is brandy new and spottless.
The owners are lovely, very chatty and helpful.
Lovely 2 mile walk into Worcester along the river bank.
A very handy Aldi and B&M store 100 meters from the site and also a Toby carvery and Harvester pub close by too.

Понравилось Staff/owners very friendly, very clean and well maintained site, shops and restaurant 2 minute walk off site. Site is located on the river bank so great views. The toilet block is very clean and well maintained I was a little worried about walking to toilets with my young daughter after reading reviews before my visit but they are literally a couple of minutes walk wherever you are on site with steps or a ramp to chose from. Would definitely stay again.

Понравилось The gates to get in are coded , caravan pitch size , view river/fields .
Shops & eating Aldi/BM - Harvester + other just out side gates .
Cleanliness of the site & management friendly & helpful .

Не понравилось The waste water needs another location or bottom shelf up ( other end ) . The toilet block is Modern / clean , but a couple of issue's , on sites list to do . No' showers / toilets . Traffic noise can be noticeable .
