Gostou Nice friendly welcome by the lovely wardens although we were early. I had booked 4 pitches together for my entire family 2x campervan and 1 caravan also two tents it was well tended grassed pitches we let the grand kids run around playing ball games /flying model polystyrene aeroplanes/having water ball fights all the other campers actually said it was a joy to watch . The site wardens were actually fantastic and couldn't be more friendly as we were a large bunch . A Special THANKYOU FROM ALL OF US , THANKYOU FOR A PERFECT WEEKEND REGARDS PAUL & JACQUI AND SEAN .

Gostou Clean toilet and excellent shower blocks very friendly site owner / staff. Good sized pitches and well tended grass areas plenty of space for young children to play without annoying others. Loved the short walk to the Wainfleet railway station and a cood sized Co Op foodstore just two minutes further walk

Gostou Lovely welcome by site owner Told how good the site was by another campervan owner as we waited for the receptionist to come ,site was well tended for electric pitches and non electric used by loads of cyclists 🚴‍♂️ 😀 who were stopping overnight to carry on touring the next morning ,toilets and showers were clean and functional although quite dated but very well looked after ,

Gostou Both pitches I booked were perfectly sized and had electric hook up within 4 mtr,s. Toilets and showers were to a good high standard as was the whole campsite . Walking distance to the asda supermarket and railway station also a couple of friendly pubs all within 2 min walk of Lancing railway station .

Não gostou Only two mens showers available so sometimes quite busy in the morning when busy at weekends throughout the week not a problem we found.

Gostou Loads of room Excellent showers / toilets Easy access and only 15 min to Skegness Had a motorhome pitch and our sons tent pitch next to it loads of room

Gostou Excellent warm reception by staff on duty . Nice hot showers but a tad on the small side tearing keeping your clothes dry when changing into them . Lovely well tended grounds. 2 beautiful lakes to walk around or picnic by . Nice large pitches for caravans &awnings or campervans and drive away awnings . The butchers Arms pub well worth avisit good food and a friendly atmosphere 👌

Não gostou Only a small gripe Be aware there isn't a shop on site but they do sell bread and milk and ice lollies .also a coffee machine available in the reception.

Não gostou People not picking up after their dogs having foul,d the roadways and grass area where children are playing (3 or 4 times during the week we stayed.

Gostou Close proximity of Weymouth and surrounding area Helpful site manager and staff excellent acces from the main road Good little site shop /stalls outside his office caravan . Showers were always hot and clean whatever the time of day although getting old and dated but fully functional.

Não gostou No hot water on the washing up point but not spoiling the camping experience at all . Having to go home and back to work even if it did drizzle a little on the morning of packing up the tent . Some piches are slightly sloping and uneven especially for sleeping But worth mentioning

Gostou Close proximity to Skegness (4,5 mile) Nice village with 2 very friendly and dog friendly pubs both serve food at allotted times. A coop shop and a excellent pizza/kebab &burger takeaway shop 👌 within a 5 minute walk from the campsite To top it all the campsite is owned and run by a very friendly farmer and his team it is well established and it is clean and tidy the toilet and shower blocks are new and spotlessly clean 😀 Dog friendly and quite spacious well maintained pitches Overall a friendly well ran campsite a credit to the farmer and his team THANK YOU FOR AN ENJOYABLE CAMPING BREAK PAUL, JACQUI AND SEAN AND THE 🐕 dog Ps there is a brewery museum and a train station in the village ideal if you didn't want to drive to Skegness catch the train let it take the strain next stop The Seaside alternatively go to Boston and explore the lovely clean town ctr it's a little gem which is easily missed driving past it doesn't look too inviting but believe me it's worth a look 😀 regards Paul & jacqui

Gostou What a lovely friendly welcome from the lady warden on duty a credit to the pitch up community ( we would vote for her if you ran a annual competition for campsite hosts . She guided us to our pitch and took time to advise us of the campsite facilities and the local amenities even though we were slightly late arriving on a Friday evening.

Gostou The open well tended camping and caravaning pitch area surrounded by lovely mature oak trees. The site owner apologised for the temporary mens toilets and showers as they have only just managed to open the female toilet and sower facilities. There was no reason for him to apologise at all, the toilets were well maintained and spotlessly clean all throughout the busy weekend due to the caravan club meet and the Bournemouth Air festival. The tenting pitches were level and well kept also having no potholes or weedy scrubland. All in all one of the nicest campsites we have used in 40 years of camping and caravaning definitely up there in the top of my places to go back to. Close to Bournemouth Airport so dont be expecting it to be quiet when planes are landing or taking off

Não gostou The wife saying we have to bring the grand brats with us next year only joking. We take the grandkids camping every year they would love it too
