Gostou Laid back, lovely setting, 2 freshly made showers which was a joy after a day at the beach. So peaceful i slept past my usual wake up time.

Não gostou Only gripe was ants, lots of them, i re pitched my tent thinking i might have disturbed an ants nest but a fellow camper confirmed they are everywhere. Luckily my inner was firmly covered, so not an issue inside just made me feel itchy at the thought.

Gostou Lovely greeting upon arrival, shown where the facilities were and left to it. This site was chosen by myself because of its close proximity to my favourite brewery Tiny Rebel.

Não gostou There is a gravel section down hill from the road onto the field which progressively gets deeper and on my motorcycle was very unnerving, i was assured that it is a work in progress. The facilities are in a separate area to the camping field which could be an issue to some. Being right next to the M4 lots of road noise which i had already accepted upon choosing to stay there.

Gostou Greeted upon arrival by John, gave me a brief rundown on where things were and told me i could pitch anywhere but to be mindful of more guests arriving so bunch up a bit. (It was bank holiday so being busy was to be expected. Had a lovely peaceful night on the Saturday. The toilet s, shower and washroom were basic and functional. Would i return, absolutely.

Não gostou Sunday evening, could hear music playing, but I did turn in earlier than usual. Two families arrived and pitched in the centre of the field and the adults were quite loud (i thought) and a very vocal dog at just gone 2am.

Gostou Pleasant peaceful night, turns out i pitched in the wrong field but the owner left me to stay there which was great.

Do gestor: Thank you Steve for your review Glad you had a peaceful night's sleep Hopefully you got a hot shower and it's just you felt the shower and toilet block was cold? Did you use the fully closed Disabled toilet/showers on the end of the big shed?

Gostou Spacious with beautiful views and a great walk to the Cloud Summit just short of 2 miles.

Gostou Quiet and well away from main road.

Não gostou Field was sloped but i managed to get on the top part of field which was flattest area which was just as well as i was on a motorbike.
