Gostou Set on the middle of the common with nice views of Malvern hills Electric and water with each pitch

Não gostou Toilet block whilst clean was only one toilet and one shower in same room so if someone using shower you could not use the toilet. Accessed across stables and tucked in corner. For some might not be a problem but not a trip in the middle of the night you would want to take or around the horses in the daytime if you're not a big horse fan. It's a stables so there is horse poo everywhere

Não gostou Very large park with seasonal tourers and static mobile homes so not our usual thing. Not really rural enough for our personal choice WiFi not great , very intermittent although advertised as available Children scooting around Only marked as 3 star as not for us but others may find it perfect

Do gerente: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're glad you found our staff friendly and helpful and facilities clean and available when you needed them. The pitches are level and of a good size as you say. It is a very large park and it does have seasonal touring and static homes but every customer is as important to us and get the same standard of service from our staff. Unfortunately, we are a family park so there is likely to be children on scooters and generally having fun. Team Lickhill

Gostou Beautiful scenery, easy to find.

Não gostou On arrival , we were greeted at the Bungalow in a rather unwelcoming manner as if we were an inconvenience. Site states level grounded field, there very few level grounded pitches. No handsoap in ladies toilets over 3 nights we stayed and toiletpaper in both men's and ladies regularly ran out. Only one washing up station working on arrival. The facilities were basic but good but poorly serviced. It was a bank holiday Saturday, the sun was shining and we were sat outside enjoying the views and the usual sights and sounds of a working farm... until someone on the farm decided to start breaking out a large concrete slab with a digger with a hydraulic breaker attachment. The noise was deafening, struggling to hear each other speak and certainly not a noise you'd associate with a normal working farm. It continued for at least an hour until we went to complain. By this time , several other people had arrived, heard the noise and left. We rang the ring doorbell at the bungalow twice but no reply and left a message the 2nd time. We tried to ring the mobile number provided but no reply. Spoke to someone who said he was the owner of the farm working on a cottage but he didn't run the campsite and pointed out someone on a quad bike . We asked the gentleman on the quad bike if the noise was likely to continue for the weekend and was told no just for another 1/2 hour. We returned to our campervan and decided that if the noise didn't stop , we would move on. Luckily the work was stopped immediately. The work ( not normal farm work or noise) should never have been started on a bank holiday weekend, I developed a really bad headache as a result.

Gostou Beautiful clean, quiet (although could just hear cars on road in evening) and tidy site. The toilet and showers blocks were immaculate. Easy to find Good flat pitches for tents on small field

Não gostou Not directly about the site but the pub within walking distance was not serving food at the time of the year we visited (out of main season/just before Easter) and was extremely run down which was a shame as we one of our criteria for picking the site was a pub serving food within walking distance and it did state this on the site website. (maybe just something to be aware of).
