Gostou Would recommend to anyone with young children. My two absolute loved it. We stayed Monday - Friday in the Nordic bell tent with the hot tub. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The park itself had everything the kids loves doing and when the weather was bad there was a big indoor play area. We will be coming back at some point next year.

Não gostou The only negative thing I have to say would be the hot tub water started to smell after a couple of days. Not sure if anything can be done with it being a wood fire got tub. I really don't know enough about them or if that's normal.

Gostou It was amazing, so much adventure and fun. It was our second time i avonvalley. We have met fantastic people, kids made new friendship. Great bank holiday for family away 😎

Não gostou Toilet often blocked on camping site. But we used those on the park always nice clean and fresh.

Gostou Everything!! This place is absolutely fantastic if you have kids! There’s so much to do, and it’s effectively free to get in, as the camping is the same price as a family of 4 admission.

Gostou Staff did move us to a grass pitch when we asked, and provided meal vouchers.

Não gostou Motorhome pitches are just a dusty car park opposite loud and basic toilet/shower blocks. Facilities across the site were dirty and poorly maintained, including the toilets and adventure park. The bar/restaurant menu was very limited with basic items unavailable, and the food itself was poor quality and overpriced. At £100 a night this is hugely overpriced, and the photos on PitchUp do not show the true reality. When we raised our concerns, our feedback was dismissed, we were gaslit into feeling like we were the problem, and we were eventually asked to leave. Only after emailing head office did we get 60% refunded.

Gostou Proximity to Avon Valley Adventure Park is great and access to the parks non-manned attractions was good fun. The park itself is nice, lots of activities, family friendly.

Não gostou I’m not sure more than 1 day at the park itself is necessary and for us it may have been better to stay off site overnight. The idea of camping here is great but not sure they’ve quite pulled it off for motorhomes/campervans as of yet. However, ‘basecamp’ looked much nicer when we wandered by and we heard great things about the pod with hot tub from a family staying there (sounded fab).

Treating the motorhome area as a stand alone campsite (minus £17 park entry fee for 2 days during summer x 3 people = £51, you’re paying £149 for 2 nights camping)
You basically stay in an extension of the car park which isnt desirable with young children. More than £70 per night seems very expensive when comparing to ‘all singing and dancing’ holiday parks we’ve been to within this trip.

Toilets/showers could use some attention/improvements, particularly the toilets doors which are difficult to close and lock.

Gostou Everything. First time camping as a family of 4 and it was so much more fun than we expected!

Não gostou Camping toilets blocked and out of order. Luckily fixed relatively quickly

Gostou The park had alot to offer and my 2.5 year old loved it.
The park was run down in terms of fencing,sheds, old containers around the place for storage but the fun my boy and memories made a family will last forever.

Não gostou We stayed in our motorhome section, the toilets blocked alot during our stay,and the gravel put in as the hard standing was big stone and prettt dusty as it was a dry spell we had.
