There are reasons aplenty why Cornwall's Higher Trevaskis Caravan Park is a highly popular place for gratified guests. Its Hayle setting, for starters, in a nifty locale for getting around the top Cornish highlights and tackling the county's active options: it's only a few miles from sandy beaches at Godrevy, Gwithian and Porthkidney Sands for surfing, sunbathing and rockpooling, and within eight of St Michael's Mount for trips to one of Cornwall's most famed spots. The Eden Project and Paradise Park are also within easy reach. Then there's all the little touches laid on by the thoughtful and friendly team, such as free mobile phone charging, spotless amenities, and a spacious family shower room with constant free hot water. Being thoughtful souls, there's wifi throughout the site (although patchy on some pitches). Views? But of course: Higher Trevaskis is in a scenic (and secluded) setting, and has plenty of pitch space among greenery galore and loads of room for play. Kids can ride their bikes around the park, tackle the swings and slides of the play area or challenge the grownups to a game of some sort in the sports field. Head to the basket swing, wooden climbing stack, wooden trim trail and sports field. After all that, get the barbecue sorted for peaceful evenings in this serene space: a small shop is on site for supplies, and a much-recommended farm shop/restaurant and a pub are a short drive away.

Gostou Possibly one of nicest camp sites we have ever been too.The family,friendly atmosphere was perfect.
The site was clean,quiet and will be coming back for many years.

Gostou Very clean facilities and beautiful clean site staff welcoming and very friendly beautiful site to stay at staff always on site if need anything a little shop that has essentials in it and a playing field for ball games and a little park everything you need on site perfect for chilling not far from some beautiful beaches and places to visit would defo recommend

Não gostou Nothing to do with the site but walking off site not very safe due to lack of public paths there is a briddle path but getting to this is not a safe as would like having two children and two dogs which we love to be able to walk alot and internet signal not very good on the site and on our mobile devices was not able to get any signal but still enjoyed the site

Gostou Stayed here for our firstTime camping with small Children. small little onsite play park and football pitch, short drives to some absolutely amazing beautiful beaches, the staff were super Friendly and welcoming. Onsite showers and toilets and laundry rooms, even a little essentials shop. We loved our visit and hope to come back would highly recommend

Gostou Lovely campsite, super clean and the owners are meticulous and very helpful. All the pitches are level and some hedges & some trees too.

It's in a great place to be, as other towns and beaches are not far. I had a fabulous time, I would go back again 💯

Gostou Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dan, who was exceptionally welcoming and professional. He guided us to our pitch and provided helpful advice about the local area, which we greatly appreciated.

The campsite itself is relatively small, and we found this to be a positive aspect, as it contributed to a peaceful and calm atmosphere throughout our stay.

The toilet and shower facilities were consistently clean and well maintained, which further enhanced our experience.Although we spent much of the day exploring the surrounding area, it was always a pleasure to return to such a relaxing and well‑kept environment.

The overall sense of tranquillity made our time on site thoroughly enjoyable

Gostou First time staying on this campsite but won’t be the last absolutely lovely friendly staff couldn’t do more to help great pitch lots of space and one of the cleanest toilets and showers have used whilst camping over the years and that makes such a difference. Only had a few days this time as was seeing my brother but next time we’ll be staying for a lot longer when we next down to see him. We had such a lovely overall stay. So thank you all

Gostou Campsite owners have thought of everything! Shower facilities spotless, washing machine/tumble dryer area, great washing up sinks (even with food waste bin) and freezer for ice blocks.
Lovely and chill friendly place. Safe and fun for children.

There's loads of choice for attractions and activities with a stay at this fine and peaceful place, including Trevaskis Farm half a mile away, where you can meet the animals, have a meal at the restaurant or pick up produce at the farm shop. Nearby Paradise Park is a popular family stop around this part of Cornwall: have a morning around the wildlife sanctuary before letting the kids loose in the Jungle Barn play centre. Kids may also like to delve into the many activities of the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth, to meet the Vikings, learn how to sail and climb a 100ft tower. Beaches are a must in these parts too: the closest is Gwithian, two and a half miles away, with three miles of golden sand to laze around on, rockpools to thoroughly investigate, and waters popular for surfing. Other options are fab St Michael's Mount with its medieval castle and church, the arty vibe of Tate St Ives, and the giant biomes of the Eden Project, near St Austell.
