Gostou Lovely site with everything you need. The park and the fish pond were a hit with my girls. The shop was well stocked for essentials and the bar, which had a kids party on saturday night, was fab. Will definitely go again.

Gostou Great location. Nice space on field between other tents. Bar and evening entertainment was good especially if it was raining.
The bar staff and shop staff were lovely and really accommodating.

Não gostou The distance to wash room / toilet facilities from camping field.
Reception/ welcome staff didn't provide any welcome information or pack. When asked if there was wifi and of the password she just replied no i don't know, the pub might have some.
But that it was important but I just felt like I had put her out.

Gostou Our Pitch was in the field not far from the toilets and showers, the dish washing facilities and the pub.
Car parking was adjacent to the tent.
Without exception every member of staff we met was polite helpful and friendly.

Não gostou Throughout our stay there was no hot water for shaving, showering or for washing dishes at best it was tepid.

On the first night the partying and loud music went on until 0230 hours in the morning. This was accompanied by numerous BBQ's and fires and individual pitches, despite instructions on check in and numerous signs this had been brought about by the extremely dry hot weather conditions and potential for outbrake of fire.

On our second night, despite having advising staff members of the first night experience it was 0430 hrs when we were able to get some sleep.
Ridiculous behaviour of other campers that isn't suitable for our family with children.

There is a warden that patrols however from the behaviours we observed and the noise we experienced its questionable what the purpose of patrolling is.

Gostou Friendly staff, good kids play area. Nice bar on site

Não gostou The toilet block could do with a revamp, one of the sinks was taped up and one of the soap dispensers keep falling off when using it

Gostou Lovely site Kids play are very close Great value The camping field is quite small but as there was only 10 tents it was great Booked again for Bank Holiday Not sure what capacity the field is Hopefully won't be too overcrowded

Não gostou Toilets and showers desperately need some attention, water in the showers where freezing cold the 3 days we where there. We where told during our stay they would be fixed but that didn’t happen

Gostou Camp field was well maintained , slept well , no noise nuisances , local shop had a good selection of foods , logs & toys .
Toilets and showers were clean .
Park was great and big enough for lots of kids to play.
The pub bar was open to serve drinks.
Barry was a star he even gave us some home grown produce from his Greenhouse

Não gostou No food being served at bar due to private party
Dog dirt left on camp field that we ended up removing .
WiFi coverage in area is so poor and no signal on phones .

Gostou Great facilities and very nice well kept pitch. Will definitely be returning.

Não gostou Nothing to dislike. If I was being really picky, I would say that the toilet block is a little way from the tent pitches.

Gostou Large pitch and all the facilities you could need. Nice location and the kids castle playground was really good for the little ones. Very family friendly. Lots of things to do locally. Great little shop on site and bar that also sells food.

Não gostou Quite a few dogs off lead who ran up to my dog who was tethered. She’s not the greatest with other dogs getting in her face but it was manageable. Some kids left unattended and to be feral.
