Private access to a three-mile sandy beach sound tempting? That's the fabulous feature you’ll get at St Ives Bay Holiday Park, set on sand dunes five minutes’ drive from Hayle in Cornwall. If you’re all piling in for a family holiday, you can spend days building sandcastles, running around on the beach with the kids and cooling off in the sea. Travelling as a couple? You’ll have spectacular sea views across St Ives Bay and you’re almost guaranteed colourful sunsets as a backdrop for romantic twilight strolls on the sand. And when kicking back and enjoying the views is not quite enough for you (and, let’s face it, the kids will want more), how about crazy golf, tennis or the amusement arcades? You can burn off more energy at the surf school or in the heated indoor swimming pool, and there are play areas scattered around the park to wear the kids out properly. With all this going on, make sure you leave time to unwind for a drink at the terrace bar with superb views over the bay and a menu of small, tapas-style snacks – there’s entertainment in the evenings too. Or you may like to make a night of it with the family over a freshly prepared meal at Sands Bistro? Forgotten an important ingredient or need milk for your morning cuppa? There’s a well-stocked independent shop on site that stocks all the essentials, including your daily newspaper.

Este camping tem ótima localização perto de uma praia linda. Muitos elogiam os campings amplos e planos e as vistas deslumbrantes. A equipe é simpática e prestativa. Gostou Near to bus stop for easy access to St Ives etc.

Não gostou Showers didn't stay on for more than a few seconds at a time, also shower block doors were constantly propped open making it cold.

Club house/bar very expensive.

Gostou We like this site, our 3rd visit now. Firstly, you can pick your own pitch so if you don't like your neighbour after the first day, you can move pitch! Secondly there is a bus stop outside the main gates with bus services into Truro in one direction and St Ives in the other. There is a Lidl a couple of hundred yards down the road. Direct access to the lovely beach. Great value for money.

Gostou The location is fabulous. Easy walk over the dunes and down to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the indoor pool, heated and well maintained.
The pitch was a good size, pretty much level and if the weather allows you can catch a lovely sunrise coming up over the dunes.

Não gostou We decided to treat ourselves to some food at the bistro bar as the pictures looked amazing… needless to say what we ordered looked nothing like the pictures. Just about everything we asked for they didn’t have… it was pretty terrible! Some things people ordered looked ok from a distance… but I really wish I hadn’t bothered…

Gostou Liked that there were lots of facilities and options. Loved the beach and views

Não gostou This is just my preference too big a site I did not need all that was available. Would like something smaller and rural . Bit disappointing that there was dog mess on route to beach by lazy dog owners

Gostou We loved this park, amazing location, to be able to walk straight to the beach. The facilities were also great, the kids took part in the evening entertainment each night and absolutely loved it, they didn't want to leave. Will book again

Gostou Unable to take holiday so there was nothing to like !

Não gostou Not being able to take our holiday due to the weather and camping with baby -as you have no communication with the campsite we were staying at,They refused to amend ,or change our booking . Total waste of £380 and will not be booking again .

Gostou Been before, nice site, good facilities and lovely sandy beach. We had a camping pitch with electric hook up & the ouch was flat. My daughter also enjoyed the kids entertainment.
