Niepolubione Wir haben den Platz als völlig herunter gekommen vorgefunden. Ohne Versotgung jeglicher Art und total verwahrlost., deshalb mussten wir nach einem anderen Platz suchen !!!!!

For the past year and a half, I was living outside the country and had entrusted the complete management of the property to someone else. During that period, I was not following the online bookings, guest messages, or reviews myself, as I believed everything was being properly taken care of. Unfortunately, when I returned and personally took over again, I discovered that both the property and the level of service had been seriously neglected. I am now reviewing past reservations and feedback for the first time, which is why my response comes so long after your stay. I realize that an explanation cannot change the experience you had, but I did want to personally acknowledge it and apologize rather than leave your comments unanswered. The property is now back under my direct supervision, and I am committed to restoring the standards and personal attention that should always have been there. Should you ever find yourself in the area again, I would be very grateful for the opportunity to change the impression we left you with. I would gladly offer you a complimentary night so that, hopefully, your next experience with us can be a much happier one.
