Fra bestyreren: I am very sorry to read about your experience, and I completely understand your disappointment. What you encountered was not the experience I want anyone staying at my property to have, and I sincerely apologize. For the past year and a half, I was living outside the country and had entrusted the complete management of the property to someone else. During that period, I was not following the online bookings, guest messages, or reviews myself, as I believed everything was being properly taken care of. Unfortunately, when I returned and personally took over again, I discovered that both the property and the level of service had been seriously neglected. I am now reviewing past reservations and feedback for the first time, which is why my response comes so long after your stay. I realize that an explanation cannot change the experience you had, but I did want to personally acknowledge it and apologize rather than leave your comments unanswered. The property is now back under my direct supervision, and I am committed to restoring the standards and personal attention that should always have been there. Should you ever find yourself in the area again, I would be very grateful for the opportunity to change the impression we left you with. I would gladly offer you a complimentary night so that, hopefully, your next experience with us can be a much happier one. Thank you for having taken the time to share your feedback, and please accept my sincere apologies and my very best wishes for your future travels. Jose
