Polubione Had a choice of pitches which in life’s nice tree shade in most cases. Covered pool was warm and surroundings were pretty.

Polubione Pitches are large and generally in good condition Natural setting is beautiful Pool was nice and warm with a good slide. Online booking was easy for us but others were clogging up queues to complain about not being able to access and there was no option to do in another way. Restaurant attached to pool was nice we had chips as takeaway and cooked breakfasts both nice. Parks dotted around that our six year old loved.

Niepolubione We were not shown to a pitch or given any guidance on how to set up but then enforcement came round rudely telling us to change once fully set up. Told us our awning had to come down despite us paying extra to be allowed an awning. They eventually agreed if we attached it to the campervan it could stay- taking up the same footprint and if anything making us face towards the next pitch more. We had to spend time in the middle of our holiday completely unpacking and repacking just to rotate the awning by 90 degrees. Neither of the shops shown on the map were open. Shower block half shut which was not signposted, they were badly designed with no dry area in the shower cubicles to get dressed. The stairs down from the toilet block were unlit just as you exited a lit area which was dangerous. Swimming changing area was small and badly designed - exposed plaster in both, nowhere for a family to change together no lockers and no signage to the poolside cubby holes which were very small. Booked two 9am swims before coming and both times found the venue not open by 9. Swim slots are only 45 mins total including time to get changed before the session so already tight. This also forces both the arriving and leaving swimmers to change in the same small changing room in the same 15 minutes .

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have to reconfigure your setup mid-stay.
