Shower and toilet facilities spot on (There is seperate Male and Female block with 1 shower and 1 toilet but didn't have an issue with waiting to use the facilities)
We stayed in the enclosed pitch which was fantastic if you have dogs.Niepolubione: Personally for the price paid I would expect a fully serviced pitch (not inc toilet waste).
Just to make it easier opening and closing the pitch gate, a gate wheel would be good.The only other dislike is that we had to come home.

I am so sorry that you thought that you did not get value for money for your pitch, but we only charge £5 per night more for a fully enclosed and gated pitch. The pitch is absolutely huge at least 1.5 times larger than a normal pitch and we could have easily made into 2 separate pitches in the space. The pitch is the best on site with fabulous views and next to the animal enclosures and i hope you can acknowledge the cost of the fencing and gates that was involved by enclosing it which we have to recuperate. We make it clear on pitchup at time of booking that this pitch is not fully serviced so I am not sure why you chose to book it knowing that it wasn't serviced.
We have a lot to offer being such a small site with a fantastic games room with free pool and table tennis and meet and greet with all of the animals and free donkey rides (apart from my big horse all of the animals were bought for the park) All of this has to be paid for with only 9 pitches so I don't think that we are expensive with all we have to offer. Once here there is nothing to pay for.
Thank you for the idea of putting a wheel on the gate to make it easier to open we will have a look at that and thank you for your lovely comments but a little upset as your scores do not reflect your comments and we have never received such low scores before.
We are always looking to improve and we had actually booked a man and digger to come in April as we were actually going to install water on this pitch at the same time as putting in some more water troughs for the animals. However he had to cancel as he had a much bigger job to go to so now we will have to wait until after the summer holidays as nobody wants a digger on site when they want to enjoy the peace and quiet. So watch this space!

The animals are fantastic, and they are brought out every day at 11am, if there are children on site they have an opportunity to walk them... and you can learn so much from Michelle about their backgrounds and how to approach them properly.
The location is beautiful, peaceful and has lovely views as well as some nice walks...

The facilities are great with a huge games room and the toilets are clean and lovely. The owners have a fondness for animals and they have an eclectic collection of pets (goats, sheep, horse, donkey, and alpacas) which are all brought to visit people staying on site. There are also some fantastic wood carvings, which are unique and works of art. Ken and Michelle have a great site and we will be going again.
