Polubione The pod was nice but very basic.

Washing up and shower facilities poor. I thought they would have had a room with a fridge etc , microwave for communal use.

Polubione Great to have the en-suite as I can go for a wee as often as I like ,, every 20 mins it seems!!! after my prostate treatment, and great to have enough room to swing your arms about in a piping hot shower ,

Niepolubione Not really dislike, but clubhouse was a bit loud and booming , why have it cranked up to full blast ,, can't talk ,it's either shout ,or hand signals 😁 and last week we had 🌧️ rain thunder/ ⚡ lightning, hailstones,and very windy ,but you can't help the weather and overall a great time away,

Polubione We really liked the swimming pool & slide facilities , the crafts area was amazing 🤩 my granddaughter really enjoyed painting a piece of pottery . That kept her entertained for a couple of hours.
Restaurant was a bit pricey , but very enjoyable.
Seating area inside & out was very inviting.
Play ground area kept the kids entertaining for ages , with lots to do .
Our pitch was large enough for the motorhome, and awning. Liked how the hedges separated each pitch .
Evening entertainment in the club was enjoyable.
Beach was a stones throw away 👍along the top of the cliffs , but had to be careful getting onto the beach . No disabled access.

Niepolubione sadly 😧we were unable to put the annex on as the waste grate was towards the back of the pitch in the middle , which would have resulted in the annex covering the grate . We had to ask for maintenance to unblock the grate about 4 days into our holiday.
So good job we couldn’t put the annex up anyway.
Toilet block was very old & really is in need of refurbishing ( not on touring field) so had to walk 300 yards.
Needless to say we all showered in the disabled toilet , which was a little better but was in need of t l c !
don’t think it was cleaned every day .
Not too keen on the bingo situation . ( all other park holiday sites involved) . Too like going to gala bingo . Fishing pond not big enough and not a lot of parking.there was other ponds but not to fish , which was a shame and nearer to touring pitch .

Polubione The reception staff .we had bit of a problem with pitch and they very understanding and resolved the issue prompt and very helpful so ten stars for ladies in reception

Polubione First time visiting and the signposts showed us where we needed to be, we hadn’t checked in straight away but the lady at reception rang to say to just come the following day, I felt this was a nice touch. The pitch was clean (apart from a few cigarette butts) the pitches are spacious enough (we didnt put our awning up, but many others did) About a 7 minute walk down to the beach and a 4 minute walk to the swimming and entertainment complex, we didn’t go to the entertainment but the park was lovely and clean and the lady in the shop was really helpful and kind.

Niepolubione We struggled (as did many others) to find the toilet block on arrival, once found. We didn’t find the unisex block until the second day. This was much more pleasant for my daughter who is scared of spiders as the ladies had a lot of spiders, we came to understand from the welcome pack that spiders and insects were an issue on the site, they did give some tips on how to manage the insects for example the site emptying the big waste bins. By Monday these bins still hadn’t been emptied and were overflowing (it was a bank holiday so maybe that was the issue)
Not the sites fault but we went to the beach on an evening and it was littered with alcohol bottles and rubbish which was sad to see. Again not the sites problem but there was a strong smell of cannabis frequently on the site. I’m not sure if they have a cut of time for music etc but the music from the entertainment complex was loud and heard from the touring pitches until around 11:30pm

Polubione Good sized hardstanding pitch. Entertainment facilities were ok.

Niepolubione The main downside was the shower facilities during our stay. From arrival Monday until Thursday, the main shower block only provided cold water. This was reported to reception on Tuesday morning. We also tried the pool shower facilities, which had signage up and were experiencing similar issues.

By Wednesday late afternoon the problem was still ongoing, so it had to be reported again on Thursday. We were informed maintenance had attended earlier in the week and changed a gas bottle, but the issue had been assumed resolved. After the second report the showers were finally working properly, allowing hot showers on Thursday evening leaving only 1 day with decent shower.

Appreciate that faults can happen but more should have done sooner, as shower facilities were included as part of the booking, it did impact the majority of our stay. When complaint given to site via email management were dismissive.
