Likte Loved the location right on top of the river side, having our own fire pit gas bbq outdoor furniture was perfect, seeing all the wildlife and being around nature, great walks, brilliant space for the kids to run around

Likte ikke No bins and having to take it home especially when staying in over 30 degree heat, beds extremely uncomfortable could do with a softer mattress, So many mosquito’s we got bit to death which isn’t a reflection of the accommodation but it could have done with some sort of mosquito killer, some family’s where not interested in the quite times as per rules

Being alongside the river Medway and having our own lake on site we are very lucky with the amount of wildlife we have around us. Unfortunately at certain times of year that does also include mosquitos. It's a shame we didn't realise how much trouble they were causing you whilst you were here as we always have Bug repellent available in The Hub.

We are sorry you didn't find the bed to your liking. It is difficult to please everyone, but had we have known you weren't finding them comfortable we would have been able to provide mattress toppers or we could have made up the sofa bed for you instead.

We apologise if you found other families were not following the guidelines around quiet times onsite. We appreciate this can be frustrating and we would always welcome anyone having problems to call us on the out of hours number we provided.

We are really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the accommodation and the kids enjoyed having the space to run around.

Likte Lovely picturesque spot right near the river with some lovely walks and a good cafe on site. Very helpful staff and easy to get to .

Likte ikke Unfortunately the lake in the middle of the campsite, pretty though it was, meant that there was serious mosquito problem - the mosquitoes were huge (bigger than I had ever seen) and lots of them. We all ended up with a lot of bites, in spite of bringing repellant. This does mean we won't be coming back, which is a shame, as it was a lovely spot in all other regards.

We are sorry you were bothered by the mosquitos on the weekend you were here. Being alongside the river Medway and pitches located around a lake we do naturally find ourselves homes to insects at certain times of year and unfortunately the very hot weather seemed to bring them out in force that weekend, We are sorry this hindered your stay.
We are really pleased you enjoyed yourselves whilst you were here anyway and hope that you may come and see us again if your travels bring you this way.

Likte Lovely campsite. We really enjoyed our visit. The toilets were clean and the staff were really friendly. Access to the river was easy and straight forward.

The location is beautiful, we were a little dubious when we arrived at an industrial estate but once you cross through the gate it's a little spot of paradise. The café was good and the co-op was handy, literally over the road.

Would highly recommend. We had a fabulous time and will be returning!!

Great advice regarding the Bug spray. We also sell it in The Hub for those that do forget to bring their own.

Likte Wow! What a really beautiful place. We pitched up our motorhome & from the moment we turned off the engine a sense of peace descended. The owners were on hand & ready to cater to any of our wishes. We will definitely be back.
