Likte Small friendly site, smallish pitches some with water - lovely pub with great food
Handy for Bridgenorth, 35 mins from Black Country Museum and Ironbridge.

Likte ikke There are stables and a hunt yard next door, so you do hear the dogs barking, but didn't really bother us.

Likte Good location, tidy, showers good loads of hot water, this site is not to everyone’s taste… it’s small & cramped when full.. we struggled with twin axle to put it on the pitch… Great mid week when it’s emptyish….

Likte ikke Dogs on farm next door barked & howled at a LOT….the entrance to needs better signage…. Don’t go through car park !!!!!…& car OR awning with van at pitch…£30 Monday to Thursday £35 weekends

Likte Great site. Shower block, toilets and wash up area were clean and well kept. EHU was perfect for our needs. Nice traditional pub on site with friendly and welcoming hosts. Will definately return. Thank you

Bridgnorth town centre nice little bars and coffee shops

Likte Walkable up the country road into fabulous Bridgnorth, around 45 mins. Connected to one of those quirky, historical country pubs, with friendly locals. The campsite is best described as rustic and in need of attention. Spacing is cramped on some pitches, and we had a tent pitched around 2 metres from our caravan.

Likte ikke Barking dogs off-site at all hours (not the campsites fault). Toilet/ shower block grubby.

We appreciate your comments about the campsite. Our pitch spacing is in line with the requirements set out by Shropshire Council, but we’ll certainly keep looking for ways to make the layout feel more comfortable for guests. We also take on board your thoughts about the toilet and shower block, and I will pass your feedback on to the housekeeping team

Lovely walk into Bridgenorth about 40 minutes caught the bus part way back

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting of our touring campsite, the character of our pub, and the lovely walk into Bridgnorth.

We are, however, very sorry to read about your concerns regarding our facilities. While many guests appreciate the practicality of our unisex washrooms, we completely understand that this isn’t to everyone’s preference. Please be assured that all of our toilet and shower cubicles are fitted with locks for guest privacy, and we take comfort and safety very seriously. We will also be reviewing the points you’ve raised to ensure that all guests feel secure and respected at all times.

Regarding Wi-Fi, we acknowledge this is something many travellers now do expect and it is something we are currently looking into improving for our visitors. We do offer free Wi-Fi in our pub and surrounding beer garden but struggle to get a signal to the actual campsite. Openreach are working in this area to get super fibre broadband to our business - so fingers crossed

Likte Good Clean site, good Pitches. Not too big a site, which was nice too. Excellent pub next door , very helpful staff . Only had drinks there and they were priced very well. Overall I think it is a very good site and I fully intend to use it again.
