Ik was blij met Easy to book in end pitch wherever you liked. Clean shower block, friendly staff. Had a very noisy, drunk family opposite, and had to move, but upon phoning emergency mobile number was dealt with swiftly.

Ik was blij met the accessibility to the beach being situated over the road was a lovely location, especially at sunset. also loved watching the surfers in the sea. great location.

toilet and shower facilities cleaned multiple times a day, always kept clean and staff on site regularly if any issues to report to.

They also offer surfing lessons, i did not do this time round but something i think is a really good addition to staying at the campsite. You can also purchase logs for campfires

Free wifi available but hit and miss depending on location around the campsite

also great access point, supermarkets a 15 minute drive, st david’s only 20 minutes away

Would say great value for money the duration of stay- it is a good campsite and well maintained

Ik was niet blij met One thing i wasn’t a fan of was the separation of dog friendly/ dog free fields, whilst i understand the reason for this , it meant camping closer to the bar and was quite loud when live music was on, but just personal preference- nothing towards the campsite itself and i’m sure plenty of people enjoy it!
I would’ve preferred to have camped further up ground with a view as on the flat you can only look at the pebble stone wall.
The field also flooded after heavy rainfall and was very boggy, walking boots got soaked, i would prefer to stay more on higher ground in future

Ik was blij met Very nice, tidy campsite, located in a brilliant position right next to the sea. Has plenty of toilets and showers (never had to queue) and plenty of places to wash up, and all of it was clean

Ik was niet blij met Not a dislike, more an observation for future guests, depending on where you pitch, it can be very windy, as it is just off the sea

Ik was blij met One of my top favourite campsites. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great little bar onsite. Facilities are great.
Newgale beach is one of the best if your into any kinda of water or beach sport.

We are sorry that the appearance of the former pub affected your impression of the campsite. Unfortunately, the building is privately owned and is not part of Newgale Campsite, so we have no control over its condition or what happens to it.

We do our best to keep the campsite itself well maintained and continue to invest in improvements each year. We appreciate that the surrounding area can influence a guest’s overall impression, but the former pub is unfortunately outside our control.

We appreciate your comments about The Landsker Line. The building was originally a public toilet block, and unfortunately we weren’t permitted to extend the building, so we’ve worked with the space we had to create a small bar, takeaway, kitchen and seating area. We’re actually really pleased with what we’ve managed to fit into such a small building!

We appreciate that our prices may not suit everyone, but we work hard to offer good-quality food and drinks at prices that reflect our costs.
