Ik was blij met Site location with a lovely beach a couple of minutes walk away.
Toilets and showers were lovely.

Ik was niet blij met Received an email confirming booking, however, no information re pitch number or codes for toilets or booking in.
When we arrived reception was closed and we had not been informed of the opening hours. Had to ring an office number left on reception door and first person who answered had to put us on hold and ring another number. That number didn’t answer so she put us through to another person who was able to give us the pitch number.
Pitch numbers not clear at all, unless you happened to know they were in very small type on the electric hookups.
After we ended this call we found the toilets were locked and we had not been given the codes so had to get them from fellow campers.
We were told all this information should’ve been texted to my mobile - it was not.
Apart from this very poor organisation of booking in to the site there’s also the aspect of safety and security, as we could’ve been anyone driving in, pretending we had booked and no one would’ve been any the wiser! We stayed one night and not one person came to check we had booked and paid.
Very very poor service.
Complete lack of professionalism and efficiency re booking and welcome to site.
Got the impression that the company running the site were more interested in selling their holiday homes and did not care at all for those using the touring pitches.

Ik was niet blij met Everything nobody there to give us key code etc overcrowded tents up close to motorhomes with engine running . We had to find the only place left next to the rubbish bins. This dump is a fire risk a health hazard and I should really report it

Ik was blij met Co-op 1/4 mile away nice walk very nice staff at the co-op.
Access to a very clean beach.
Good views away from site

No key code
No staff on a Thursday
No phone number contact after 5 pm
Visitors staying to 6 pm should have left at 11 am waiting for the there pitch....

Ik was blij met Friendly staff. Nice walks from site. Close to beach and harbour. Showers are clean, good and hot. CDP and plenty of recycling bins. Lovely cafe on slipway to the beach. Excellent laundry facilities.

Ik was niet blij met Pitches too close together if a caravan/motorhome has awning. Toilet doors slam. Hot taps stick on and can hear boiler running continuously. Seagulls swooping and attacking when walking past toilet block. No drive over grey waste.

Ik was blij met Close to the beach in an historically interesting village with easy access to the Morayshire coast. Friendly staff. Shower and toilet facilities very clean and good. Quiet and peaceful site.

Ik was niet blij met External toilet door bangs loudly when closes. Grass pitches were threadbare and worn....grass could be nicer. Pitch was a little bit small for our tent and car to be parked alongside. No WiFi
