Ik was blij met Activities for the children and a good sized pitch.

Ik was niet blij met Our pitch had not been checked from the last visitors. We had 3 x bottles left by the tap which looked like they contained urine, alongside lots of litter over the pitch. We asked at reception if someone could come and collect said items.
That evening no one had come to clear so I telephoned reception and was told someone had literally just picked the job up of the board and would be there soon. Nobody ever arrived! The next day mid morning I telephoned yet again informing the rubbish was still with us. I found this unacceptable that I had to ask three times over two days for it to be collected. I had picked up the majority of rubbish myself but did not wish to touch the bottles due to their possible contents without gloves.

Ik was blij met The pools and facilities were great they had everything for the whole family

Ik was niet blij met Disorganization of the pitches.
Our Initial pitch was scattered with rubbish and right on the road it then took lots of visits to reception to find another one that wasn’t already occupied

Ik was blij met Stayed for a week here- fantastic facilities, so much to do for kids of all ages, close to lots of beaches, shops etc.
Owners and reception staff went above and beyond for my family - I have a disabled 6 year old- they moved our pitch closer to the toilet facilities etc. Leant my son an Allen key where his breaks broke on his bike- re arranged our high ropes when I mixed up my days and missed our booking- honestly I could not fault the staff.

Ik was niet blij met I feel the site could be more accessible to disabled guests- clear signage for ramp access areas etc (would have saved me carrying a heavy wheelchair with a 6 year old down about 4 sets of stairs to get to the swimming pool on the first day!) Also- why are there accessible toilets next to the bowling alley - but no disabled access down to it? Again- not accessible and a nightmare carrying the wheelchair and child down flights of stairs!
The touring areas would also benefit from having tarmac placed on the actual “road” part as pushing a manual wheelchair along the gravel up hill especially is an absolute nightmare- I have grown some serious muscles this week!

I also think there should be a cut off time for playing music and being loud- I want to have fun as much as anyone else but we had 2 big families opposite who kept us awake untill 2:30am one night!

The toilet block next to pitch 47a could do with a revamp and I think the cubicles with sinks in should definitely be fitted with blue roll or hand dryers- not nice not being able to dry your hands once you’ve washed them.

The evening entertainment.

Ik was niet blij met Really poor pitches for camping, tiny area plonked behind the laundrette, all the tents are basically on top of each other.
Shower block, run down and not child friendly.
Bar/Breakfast Staff, rude and make you feel like a bother to them.

Ik was niet blij met But the toilets are horrid, so loud music until early hours., extremely expensive definitely needs money spent on the park

Ik was blij met The pool and facilities such as bowling wave rider rock climbing.

Ik was niet blij met The pitch was awful. Worst camp site I’ve ever stayed at. No space whatsoever. Road one side, car park the other and a view of the elson point. It’s very clear they want rid of campers.

Ik was blij met Plenty of activities to do onsite for the family

Ik was niet blij met I think its ridiculous that the site is advertised as dog friendly but you cannot do any activities or enter any of the facilities with a dog. For example you cannot go into the bowling alley or the arcades with your family and the dog which I personally think is ridiculous considering pretty much all other arcades in the local area allow you to. I spoke to several other families too and they all agreed that its not clearly stated upon the booking page that no dogs are allowed in the amenities and as a result the whole family miss out on the fun activities you offer because someone either has to stay behind to look after the dogs or the whole family miss out too.
