This campsite is our go to site in Cornwall it’s adult only which is so nice,the site itself is immaculate the team who work there are very impressive
The facilities are so clean
A must if you are staying in this area

Ik was blij met Everything! Quiet, remote location. Lovely owners, were greeted well and felt very welcomed. Gave us a map of the caravan site. Cleanliness was 11/10. The best and cleanest toilets/showers/facilites. We saw lovely wildlife like hedgehogs, and rabbits. There’s a lovely stream and nice walks around the park. We brought our dog and stayed 1 night, nice to know there’s a dog park (but didn’t get to use it). Pitches were fine. This is a very big caravan/camping park.

Ik was blij met The layout of the park, pitch level, very peaceful and everything clean and tidy

Ik was niet blij met The pitch we were on saw no sun after midday so missed all the evening sun, toilets and showers are looking tired, hot water was hit and miss, you need to take a torch after dark as lighting of the paths didn’t always come on as you walked past

So sorry that you had no sun in the afternoon, next time we will try and put you somewhere sunnier if at all possible. Our toilets and showers are cleaned throughout the day and always clean and tidy throughout. They were refurbished in 2022/23 and are not due for another refurb yet unfortunately. I have investigated the hot water and asked our team to investigate. I will also ask around to see if anyone else has that problem as its not one I've heard ...yet! Nothing worse than a cold shower! We installed solar sensor lights which are always dimly lit and activate when approached. I will walk around tonight and check they are working.

Ik was blij met Everything is kept clean and tidy. The toilets & showers are spotless. There are plenty of bins and waste areas which again, are kept very tidy. The staff are all helpful
And friendly. The pitches are. Good size and the whole park is very well set out.

Ik was blij met We both thought what a lovely campsite. All facilities clean and top quality, very friendly staff. We could not find any faults and will be back. 10 out of 10.

Ik was blij met Really pretty site with spotlessly clean facilities. Level gravel pitches set out in several small fields, no overcrowding. Quiet and peaceful.

Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser l’électricité de l’emplacement car à l’accueil il ne prêtait pas de rallonge électrique
C’est bien dommage

Disliked: We were traveling by bike and had reserved a site with electricity.
We couldn't use the site's electricity because the reception didn't provide extension cords.
It's a shame.

Regarding the electricity, we understand the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. It's a common misunderstanding that electric pitches come with a standard plug connection. In fact, they require a specific type of camping cable that complies with British & European safety standards. Unfortunately, we do not sell or rent out these cables, and we recommend that guests bring their own when planning to use an electric pitch.

Ik was blij met Just back from the most wonderful 4 nights at this lovely holiday park.
Safe to say, the nicest we've ever stayed at , and it was our 16th time away in our caravan in 3 years.
Definitely will return.
Lovely peaceful setting, lovely scenery amongst trees and wildlife, with a little stream running through.
Very neat and tidy. Toilet/shower facilities excellent, and spotless.
Staff so friendly and asking if all ok.
Lovely layout too with circular 'cul-de-sac' type areas.
Enjoyed playing pool in the games room as well as a game of table tennis outdoors too.
Did not want to come home. A huge thank you to all involved at Eden Valley Holiday Park.
