Horton View Farm

Ik was blij met Wow wow wow! We absolutely loved our 2 night stay here this weekend. The whole site is incredibly thought through. The barn offers a fridge & freezer as well as a charging point and benches which can be used if you forget your camp chairs like we did!
The showers and toilet cubicles are lovely - so clean and plenty of hooks to hang things. Usually we come home from a camping trip desperate for a decent shower but not this time.
The owners were so welcoming and we were able to purchase logs.
The campsite is also in a great location with walks on your door and beautiful sunsets. We went to Hythe which is only a 15 minute drive and had a lovely beach day. We will 100% revisit.

Ik was blij met We just got home from an amazing few days here. Dave and Jo were both friendly and accommodating. The views were stunning, it was so relaxing listening to the sound of sheep and birds. The toilets and showers were so incredibly clean. The site felt spacious and safe. The sunset of an evening was lovely. We visited Hythe beach around 15 minutes away and the Tiger Inn (also loved it here) a few minutes drive away. We are already looking to book for next year!

Ik was blij met Everything! Peaceful, beautiful, really well maintained and a great host. Lovely part of the country and three pubs within walking distance - what's not to like!

Ik was niet blij met Only wish we could have stayed longer. Slightly tricky entrance might cause problems for larger vans but ours is a tiddler.

Ik was blij met Super clean adult only (2 person per pitch) site. Had a lovely 5 nights stay here pitches are a good size and nice that they are separated by long grass. Able to have a campfire when the weather permitted, we liked sitting in the communal barn having a drink and playing a board game that the owners have kindly left in there.

Lovely pub 4 min walk. Also took out bikes and rode to one of the other pubs and the vineyard.

The owners are lovely, gave us a good tip on free parking in Folkestone. Also available to assist but never intrusive.

We will definitely be visiting again, this is a lovely peaceful site.

Ik was blij met Amazing facilities, really clean and well thought out. The communal Barn area is such a lovely touch, a nice cool retreat from the hot sun where you can sit and relax, play games or read (a variety of which have been provided for by the hosts). A kettle and fridge/freezer has also been provided for communal use. Surroundings/scenery are beautiful. Such a wonderfully relaxing site. No parking on the pitch is allowed, however, parking is just a short walk away and trolleys and wheelbarrows have been provided to easily transport items from car to pitch. Jo and Dave were so friendly and welcoming, they really have thought of everything to ensure a fantastic stay. We had such an amazing time camping here and will definitely be returning!

Ik was blij met This campsite is fantastic. Its in a peaceful meadow with amazing views and plenty of space between the pitches. The site itself is down a quite lane with 3 nice pubs in the area and loads of public footpaths. We walked to 2 of the pubs and only came across 1 car, all the way i could just hear sheep and birds singing. saw lots of butterflies and bats. The toilet, shower and washing up facilities were imaculate, bins regularly empied and also they had good recyling and environmentally friendly products. Nice communal area with fridge, kettle and phone charging so we could get some shade with our dog. you could see the sunset and moon clearly right outside tent. lots of nice touches with plants dotted around. The owners were super friendly and you can tell that take pride in there campsite and righly so! Highly recommend x

Ik was blij met I honestly cannot fault this beautiful site at all! The owners could not do enough to make sure that everything was comfortable and that everyone was happy.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by warmth, care and helpfulness.
