Ik was niet blij met All pitches on a very steep hill, sheep poop everywhere and stinging nettles everywhere. Could just be time of year but cutting the grass would have made a big difference.

There was some confusion when we arrived concerning our dog. The listing only prohibits banned breeds and those on the dangerous dog act, but apparently they also don't allow any American Bulldog mixes, which wasn't mentioned at all beforehand. Without even seeing our dog they claimed he was a dangerous breed and not allowed on site. He's often gets mistaken for a boxer cross and is only 25kg. They just heard "American bulldog" and literally told us it's a dangerous dog!

We were allowed to stay on the condition he stayed on the lead (which we would have expected to be a given for all dogs) and kept away from all other people and other dogs. This isn't an issue, but did make us feel quite unwelcome and on edge. Thankfully, he is a very friendly and well behaved dog and caused no issue whatsoever. Meanwhile, people and children alike were barked and snarled at by dogs in neighbouring tents on their way to the toilet.
The owners weren't rude, just uneducated in breed specific legislation.
It's worth noting as well, the "on-lead" rule isn't really enforced and we saw many dogs over the weekend running across the field and between tents.

Ik was blij met It’s a field with a tap and a portable loo , in a lovely spot . Nothing much to go wrong lives up to expectations. Farmer /owner very friendly and accommodating.

Ik was niet blij met Nothing to dislike as long as you accept the limited facilities. If you want or need more then it’s not for you .

Ik was blij met Lovely location with stunning scenery, short distance to pubs.

Ik was niet blij met No water to wash hands in toilet when we arrived and the day after.
No shower.

Entrance ramp not smooth so if your car is tiny bit low or has side skirts/running boards you'll scrape the underside allover those rocks.

Ik was blij met A very great and relaxing place for a small family break. With lovely views and the most welcoming hosts, this was one of our favourite family holidays. Both of the hosts were very helpful and would check in with you through out the day - and if you needed anything, they were one ring away! Lovely spacious land to walk around on and the most beautiful horses in the distance that you could also come up close to. Great 2 toilet facilities on site - that were kept clean and great signal in the area. Absolutely recommend this great quiet place and we hope to be back soon!

The owners, Paula and David, are exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring everything is well-maintained and readily offering assistance. They even provide fresh, free-range eggs, perfect for a delightful breakfast. Additionally, firewood is available for those wishing to enjoy a campfire. If you are seeking a camping destination, Netherings Campsite is an excellent choice for groups of friends, families, couples, and individuals.
