Ik was blij met Friendly staff that we met and it was obvious from our arrival that they had pre-planned and organised well to meet people's requirements.
Really pleased, thank you, and will be back.

Ik was blij met We have stayed here many times and always want to come back. We never get tired of the lovely views, great walks and staying on a working farm is fantastic, you get to see all the hard work that goes on during each season.
The farm shop is great, so handy. Treat yourself to the homemade cakes, you will not be disappointed!
Can't wait to come back!

Ik was blij met Lovely hard working farm setting ,nice to hear all the animals ,not nice though to of had such noisey neighbours in a caravan ,5,adults until late on ,im all for enjoying yourself but they took it to the limits ,and no apology from them next morning !

Ik was niet blij met Toilets and showers was definately farm workers toilet very very old covered in cobwebs because of this wouldn't go back and wouldn't reccomend

Ik was blij met Nice , quiet site for a few tourers. Its predominantly statics and seasonals, which is great if you don't want the bustle of a tourer site. Magnificant views of Blencathra which seem to rise up from the site. Lovely sedate walks into Keswick.Easy site access from the A6. Toilet block is very dated but that's not a problems for self contained touring.
Its a working hill farm and the owner is pleasant to chat to.
The small farm shop has basic food stuffs in so if you run out you won't starve.
Just across the road is Threlkeld village which has a couple of lovely pubs/eateries.
This is our 4th stay here as it's a great base to get into Keswick and also drop down past Thirlmere for Grasmere, as well to explore the Northern Lakes.

Ik was niet blij met The toilet block needs updating to compete with the more modern sites, but its not a problem for modern self contained caravans and motorhomes.
Our Wifi is self contained but it does hang up now and then when streaming for the TV. Its fine for laptop and phone.

Ik was blij met Great fully serviced pitches , good location no or very little road disturbance and honesty shed with fresh cake was great

Ik was niet blij met Shower and toilet block sadly let it down ,they are well over due a revamp and very off putting and not very clean .

Ik was blij met The campsite was very spacious. Well stocked farm shop. Good mobile coverage. Great location for lots of walking without getting into the car.

Ik was niet blij met In season the two male shower and toilets could get busy but that is part of campsite life. I've had some good conversations queuing for a shower.
