Ik was blij met Loved everything about it... kind and friendly staff, clear expectation of campsite rules to ensure all visitors are happy. Clean and well maintained. good location within 30min of the Whitby, Filley and Scarborough.

Just to mention for anyone reading, WiFi is available on the park and there’s no charge for using it, though the coverage is limited to the main facilities area. Many guests enjoy taking the chance to switch off while they’re here.

Ik was blij met The pitch sizes were really good and the site is well maintained, has a good feel to it and staff were always on hand. The kids loved the park/play area and it felt safe for them. The water points and bins were well kept and plenty of them to use. We had a really good weekend, the site is in a nice setting, close to the coast and the kids were happy there.

Ik was niet blij met Although the toilets and showers were closed from 12.30-2.00 each day for cleaning, the toilets were clean but I felt that the showers were not particularly nice and timed water is just not long enough. The family bathroom isn't a nice experience, went to use it and decided against it. The 11pm quiet time is good if iit's adults only but too late when children are in bed

It’s always lovely to hear families making the most of their time here.

Our shower and toilet facilities are cleaned and checked regularly throughout the day, with a longer closure at lunchtime for a deeper clean, so we’re confident in the standards we keep. Timed showers are standard in many parks as part of our sustainability measures, though we understand not everyone prefers them.

Whilst quiet time is set at 11pm, members of staff do start patrols before then and an out-of-hours number is available should any guest ever need assistance sooner.

Ik was blij met Great pitches, loads of space, clean and such a lovely inviting atmosphere. The keepers are friendly and welcomed us on site.
Facilities are adequate and clean, a little walk from camping site to toilets but not terrible.
We really really enjoyed our stay and would return as in a great location.

Ik was niet blij met Pigeons hooting early hours - I mean ALOT of them. I personally didn’t care but they irritated the husband

As for the pigeons… we do our best to keep everything shipshape at Jasmine Park, but the local wildlife don’t always follow the rules. We’ll happily remind them about the curfew next time!
