Our small campsite has 5 hard-standing pitches for campervans, motorhomes and caravans.
We have a small toilet block with hot showers and flushing toilets. As well as a campsite kitchen, equipped with washing up facilities, a freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle (we don’t have EHU).
Our hard-standing pitches sit along the paddock where some of our young highlands often live.
The Boozy Coo bar is open on selected evenings when we are busy, with the Coffee Courtyard and Gift Shop also open at certain times, selling hot drinks, ice-cream, snack, Highland cow gifts and locally produced wine, beer and spirits. If you want to visit the coffee courtyard and gift shop when it’s not open, just use the ring doorbell to contact us and someone will come and serve you.

Guests staying on our campsite will also have additional access to a private picnic and wildlife areas around our pond.
There are signed walking routes which start from the farm, one to Laurel Vines Vineyard (1.5miles) and one to the Crown and Anchor pub & Deli (2 miles). There is a 3 mile circular walk which goes around the whole farm, so guests can see all the cows. There are also lots of other walks that start from the farm, see our local attractions page.
The young Highlands are also in the shed for various experiences throughout the weeks, so guests staying on site can go and visit them any time that an experience isn’t taking place.

The circular tent pitches sit along the little wood where our goats live and the grass around them is allowed to grow long to encourage wildlife.

The Boozy Coo bar is open on selected evenings when we are busy, with the Coffee Courtyard and Gift Shop also open at certain times, selling hot drinks, ice-cream, snack, Highland cow gifts and locally produced wine, beer and spirits. Dumble Farm offers multiple different tours and experiences, such as cow cuddling, Highland cow experiences, food events and joint events with Laurel Vines Vineyard. These have to be booked in advance through our website. For more information search for Dumble Farm online.

Immerse yourself in a secluded Highland cow and wildlife haven in the heart of East Yorkshire.
Our off-grid, eco-friendly, Luxury Highland cow themed yurts, are uniquely nestled in a beautiful spot here at Dumble Farm Conservation, with stunning views over the East Yorkshire countryside.

The small Dumble Farm campsite has 3 adult only Yurts (18 and over) for you to choose from, all named after some of our favourite cows (see our other listings). This is our Brooke yurt, it's one of our largest with more space, extra furniture, a bigger kitchen and french windows which open onto the large decking area.
Each yurt can sleep 4 and contains a comfy king size bed where guests can lay and look at the stars through the stargazing window, two single chair beds can also provide extra beds. No bedding is provided for these, extra guests must bring their own.

The spacious fully insulated yurts have a fully equipped kitchen with all crockery, utensils, pans, cleaning equipment etc included. Running hot and cold water, a cosy log burner, large power bank, hairdryer and plenty of storage.

You will find salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and milk to use during your stay. Plus plenty of board games and extra fleece blankets to snuggle up in if the nights turn cold.
Chill out on your own large, private decking area. Here you will find a BBQ, log burner, seating and a fridge. Guests can sit and enjoy views across the fields and hedgerows and see Laurel Vines Vineyard in the distance.

Both inside and outside, strings of solar powered lights add a magical touch.
The shared Highland cow theme bathroom facilities have hot showers and flushing toilets, and are only a 30 second walk from the yurts (umbrellas are provided in the yurts in case of bad weather).
Bedding, towels and a 10kg tub of logs are provided (additional tubs of logs can be purchased).

A couple of the younger Highlands are normally in the paddock at 1 side of the campsite, with the goats in the little wood at the other side of the site. The young Highlands are also in the shed for various experiences throughout the weeks, so guests staying on site can go and visit them any time that an experience isn’t taking place.

No dogs are allowed on site due to the proximity of other animals.
