Rustige, goed onderhouden camping in mooie natuur nabij Wells-next-the-Sea. Ruime, privéplaatsen en rustige sfeer (soms hanengekraai). Basis maar schone faciliteiten. Huurbare vuurkorven. Nabijgelegen modelspoorlijn. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaren.

Ik was blij met Lovely quiet site (apart from the RAF planes flying over every now and then but the owners can't do anything about that) with amazing star gazing potential on clear nights. The kids loved the chicks following mother chicken round the site.
Bus stop to Wells was only a few minutes walk from the site which was good as the car parks in Wells all seemed to have height restrictions in place which were way to low for our motorhome.

Ik was blij met The space given to set up was great, we enjoyed staying in the area and even with the compostable toilets we had no problems. We have told everyone about the site and already planning on going back next year.

Ik was blij met Lovely peaceful site. Very clean and well kept. It is a farm in the countryside and has wild chickens visiting with their babies daily. There are also cockrells who complete the sound of the countryside.
The pitches are very large, Always help at hand if any problems. Close to Wells,and a fantastic beach at Brancaster about 20 mins away. A lovely site to just chill and relax. It is a basic site but that was fine for us with our caravan. We will be back next year!

Ik was blij met Lots of space around the pitches and the no fuss relaxed hosting was just great. Email directions to site excellent. really enjoyed our short stay. Hope to visit again.

Ik was blij met Nice secluded rural campsite on a bus route to Wells (10 minutes) and walking distance to a nice pub (Three Horseshoes). Clean, quiet and well maintained.
Ik was niet blij met This is semi-wild camping so no showers, washing facilities or even potwash - be warned! Also there are free range chickens so don't take your dog if he/she is easily triggered.

Ik was blij met Lovely big level pitches, only a few pitches which keeps it nice and quiet and friendly absolutely value for money. Close to Well and local area which is lovely to explore overall a great site.
Ik was niet blij met The Cockerell! Not really what you want a 4am early morning alarm lock when you are on holiday. We chose to leave a night early to avoid an early morning wake up before we had to drive home. It's such a shame as the site is exactly what we would normally choose.

Ik was blij met Great site, small but still very private as there weren't many other campers. Excellent compost toilets. Beautifully dark and quiet at night. Drinking water on site (hose) but no other facilities, which was no problem for us during a 3-night stay. Would definitely use again!
