Ik was blij met A small but perfectly formed basic campsite deep in the countryside. There are fire pits available, a covered area with a table and chairs and a couple of comfortable seating areas and a shepherd’s hut which has been converted into a shower room and separate compost toilet, with a washing up area and drinking water tap on the outside.

Ik was blij met It’s a quiet little site with a lovely shower and toilet. Possibly the nicest camping shower I’ve ever used. Very spacious pitches and a lovely friendly owner. We had an amazing weekend there. We have friends in the area and this will now be our go to campsite when visiting them.

Ik was blij met Beautiful, quiet clean and welcoming site on a working farm. Great for the kids who got to see the animals.

Ik was blij met This is a lovely little campsite with clean facilities and fairly level pitches. There's even a decent little covered area with a table and chairs should the weather turn. The location is perfect too, away from main roads which meant there was no background traffic noise.

Ik was niet blij met There is only one toilet and shower. Not a problem when I stayed, but might be tricky if the site was full.

Van de manager: Thank you for your feed back, we glad you enjoyed the peace and quiet, away from it all, the shared covered space was a new addition last year, and its getting a great response, as a 7 pitch site, 1 toilet and shower, met requirements, but we are looking at adding an additional toilet and shower, we just keep trying to improve things for our guests. Look forward to welcoming you and your wife back next time

Ik was blij met Had the entire site to myself and my dog (don't blame people skipping camping this weekend during storms) but it made for an extra peaceful bit of time alone & extra freedom for the mutt :)

Unique mix of facilities:
Comfortable Shepherds Hut, extremely comfy and spacious double bed. Separate private bathroom in converted horse box (cool and quirky) nice and clean with hot running water. Covered outdoor outdoor kitchen area. BBQ & fire pit and some firewood also provided.

Crisps and local apple juice provided on arrival and milk in fridge.

Nice collection of books and a good welcome pack with info on local walks. Also had menus / contacts for local take aways which delivered to site, which was really handy in a remote location during bad weather. Would normally cook outdoors but the food delivery services were a god send during Storm Amy.

The site is located within some great local scenery. set among local orchards. Our neighbours, the sheep in the next field were nice to see.

Great drives out into the Shropshire hills & Ludlow nearby.

Ik was niet blij met not a dislike, but took a while to find the fridge.. it's situated externally behind the kitchen unit... just an FYI for future guests

Ik was blij met Everything, the peace and quiet you get, the shower area, which is a beautiful idea. How clean the facilities were and how friendly the owners are.

Come prepared with everything as we did and you will enjoy throughly your stay.

We definitely plan on coming back!

I definitely have this also in mind as a solo trip to escape the grind.

Ik was blij met Stayed one night in a camper, what a great place, loved it and will be back. Lots of thought has gone into everything here, brilliant undercover area with cosy seating and things for children to do.

Ik was blij met Very quiet, good value. Enjoyed the ‘pop up pub’ next door at Commonwood Farm, and visit to Berrington Hall (NT). Would certainly stay again if in the area.
