Springfields Countryside Caravan and Camping

Ik was blij met Lovely site. Beautifully kept with gorgeous flower beds. Has a kettle, microwave and fridge freezer for use which is very handy. There is a very sweet cat who likes to come visit for cuddles....we have nick named her Dusty (fitting for a site called Springfield( ;).

Ik was niet blij met I had a problem with the showers. One was freezing and the other very hot. Great site and close to Alton Tower's.

Ik was blij met Great site in beautiful surroundings, pitches felt private, excellent facilities and really lovely welcoming owners. A huge amount of thought has gone into creating this site by people who really understand camping and care about their visitors.

Ik was blij met beautiful view from our individualised pitch, personal fire pit was a lovely addition as was direct water access. Very close to Alton Tower which was the main reason for our trip. Helpful facilities including lawn games loan and local attractions directory (and washing up facilities). Loos and showers were fine with helpful hooks and shelves/benches in the latter

Ik was niet blij met pitched close to the road we had a little road noise but not too much that it kept us awake. Walking to pubs means walking on the narrow lane (with said traffic!) but we managed it ok with 2 kids on bikes too.

Ik was blij met Very nice we can recommend to everyone, nice small play park for kids ,very nice quiet place, nice view, all facilities nice and clean

Ik was blij met The personal touches by the owners. The large pitches. The friendliness of the site and lovely owners and their little doggy🥰 Loved the fairy lights, the kitchen set up for all to use with freezers, kettle,microwave,the hammocks
Safe for Solo females,friendly, Wardens on site,large pitches, fairy lights , hot clean showers, clean toilet block hills and cows 🥰

Ik was blij met Beautiful site with great views, wardens were extremely kind and helpful. Toilets and showers were excellent and spotless.
Best site we've visited will definitely be returning.

Ik was blij met Very nice small site, the owners/wardens who met us at the gate were a lovely couple. The pitch was spacious which included a fire pit and drinking water tap which is brilliant and the view from the pitch was very nice. A small park on site for our 3 year old was handy. The campers kitchen is a really good offering and very handy, the toilets were always clean and the showers were good (hot with decent pressure).
With it being a small site there was a really nice atmosphere at night.
Will recommend to friends and family and will definitely be returning as it’s only 15mins from home.

Ik was blij met What an amazing campsite! Everything you need and more. Pitch was bordered with slightly overgrown grass which provided privacy and space. Excellent kids park and super safe as the site has a gated entrance and exit for cars. The facilities are over and above. All sites have provided fire pits. The toilets are lovely, even in darkness they are lit up with fairy lights. They have a campers kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave even little stools for the younger kids. They have a book store that includes a kids corner with photos of local wildlife and details of them. They have hammocks. They have wood for your fire and smores to purchase. Not forgetting the herbs garden where you can pick fresh herbs and cook with them on site for free!! Never saw a campsite like it. Sharon and David, the campsite managers are absolutely lovely. They make sure everyone has everything they need and provide a first class service 👏 they make the campsite what it is.

It is that good we are returning again next week!

Ik was blij met The whole vibe of the site was lovely, welcoming owners and every detail was well thought through. Stayed with friends who had vans and booked the bell tents, the playground was great for the children.
