Mi è piaciuto quiet site with nice views across the fields. £22 is reasonable for electric, water and toilet emptying. Also compost toilets which were clean but when the door was shut the lights weren't enough to see anything.

Mi è piaciuto Chris the owner was lovely and very welcoming. Told us about his sheep - which are pets and his 2 very rare pigs which I'm sure kids would love to see. The site was very picturesque surrounded by fields and trees and extremely quiet. The toilets and shower were clean and there was a microwave and fridge to use if we wanted.

Non mi è piaciuto The grass pitch was filthy, what looked like shredded toilet paper and bits of plastic all over. I complained to the two women in reception and was told someone would come and clear the site. No-one came and then the office closed. Another couple came and were also unhappy re the state of the pitch. I complained again the next morning to a different staff member who was herself unhappy because of all the jobs she had been left to do by herself.

Mi è piaciuto The owners were really helpful and friendly.

Non mi è piaciuto The showers were very poor. The water stayed on literally about 5 seconds before turning off, then you had to push the button again. Very awkward for my wife washing her long hair and just generally annoying while trying to wash and rinse yourself.
