Mi è piaciuto Beautifully situated in Dolgellau with an estuary walk just 5 minutes away. Close to Barmouth and Fairbourne. The shower block and toilets are situated near the reception block, with a washing-up area with plenty of hot water. There were no surprises, as the campsite's web page clearly explains what was listed and how the campsite runs. You are wild camping with some good facilities.

Non mi è piaciuto It would have been good if there had been a way of emptying brown water waste, but again, it is near wild camping, so I can't complain.

Mi è piaciuto This place is run by great people who are very friendly and accommodating. Adequate, showering and toilet facilities, including a washing-up area. For rural camping, they are well-equipped. I would have liked it if it had fresh water standpipes halfway down and towards the bottom of the field; however, it was not a deal breaker. I would happily stay here again.

Non mi è piaciuto The field is on a slope, but you are aware of that, which just makes it a little tricky during long periods of rain. Saying that, no campsite has control of the weather.

Mi è piaciuto Primrose Cottage Campsite, has an easy and quick access from the main roads with plenty of space for setting up. The large field is well maintained with clean toilets and fresh water. On a calm night you can hear some traffic from the roads, but it is a very low hum and not something that disturbs your peace. Talking of peace and quiet, well we could not have asked for better. Sitting outside of the tent, with a fire pit burning nicely as it gets dark, listening the songs of the birds in the distance was heavenly. This was in no hassle easy and relaxing place to camp, Laury & Anthony provide a great relaxing space and can provide a fire pit and wood and will do their utmost to ensure you have a great stay. Will we book again? - You bet. Will stay for longer next time.

Mi è piaciuto Very friendly people running the site. Making improvements all the time. Adequate and clean facilities. Took care of any issues. Well located and will be going there on a regular basis.

Non mi è piaciuto The odd idiots who arrived cause havoc, making a noise and get upset when asked to leave. Causing issues for the people running a peaceful site.

Mi è piaciuto Very well run site Fairly flat pitches, well-spaced. Plenty of fresh water stand-pipes. Very friendly campsite owners. Quiet and peaceful Clean toilets and adequate facilities. Great location.

Mi è piaciuto Good amount of pitch space and clean and basic facilities. Toilet, shower, hot water for washing dishes, freshwater standpipe. A friendly lady who runs the place. fire pits are available and picnic benches and tables are scattered around. Well hidden and quiet.

Non mi è piaciuto Can't get a phone or wi-fi signal here - not the owners fault though.
