Mi è piaciuto Beautiful location almost off grid surrounded by countryside we pitched by the river for two nights it rained
it rained but did not put us off the lady owner was wonderful very welcoming and helpful and does her best to keep things in order, good working toilet block very basic but clean.
Non mi è piaciuto Nothing really to dislike we had a noisy group close to us which we didn't expect but just campers enjoying themselves it can be mixed campers here.
Cheap and back to basic site, perfect if that's all you're looking for

Mi è piaciuto Location was great, right by the river. Secure site with padlocked gate. Falling asleep listening to the river was fantastic. Best nights sleep in a tent I've had for a while. Owner seemed lovely on check in.
Non mi è piaciuto Booked for two nights but decided to leave after one due to waterlogged pitch. After a day out hiking and soaked through, coming back and not having dry ground around the tent was not great ( it was incredibly boggy). Access to toilet block a challenge to get to at night.

Non mi è piaciuto Midges completely ravage the area, especially near the willow tree. You are bound to bitten plenty. There is sheep droppings absolutely everywhere too. On a strong rainy day like when I was there, the combination of the two is extremely unpleasant. Lack of communication from the owners, means you have to figure out the entry code and other things yourself or from the other guests.

Mi è piaciuto Magical location this, camped right by the river. Went mid week so had plenty choice of pitches, no mither at all.
Spent two nights in my camper van with the dog. Close to snowdon walks and 3 miles from betws-y-coed. Lovely walks off the farm grounds too. Highly recommend.
This site is basic, facility wise, but this reflects in the price. Couldn’t fault it.
