Higher Easton Farm Campsite

Mi è piaciuto Excellent location, very clear instructions to finding the site. Huge field and loads of space. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. I was up very early on the Sunday morning and Hazel came over for a chat and even brought me a cup of coffee. Thank you!

Mi è piaciuto Peace, views, friendly hosts, swallows nesting in the toilet. Expect very basic but clean facilities. Great value.

Mi è piaciuto Straight forward camping, plenty of space and the sky and night is amazing if clear.
Clean no frills camping has what you need and ideally located.
Stuart and Hazel were on hand if needed and very welcoming. Will stay again!

Non mi è piaciuto Toilet block is old chicken house , no flooring no paint just remnants of chickens living in there , how hard would a bit of Lino and a lick of paint be to advertise a toilet block , shower is reminiscent of similar attitude , corrugated steel sheets to hide worst of privacy assured it was hot though

Mi è piaciuto Peaceful, quiet site with great views, on a number of nights during our week there we had the site to ourselves and that was the last week in August. Good location for the coast and other local attractions. Less than an hour to Plymouth Aquarium - highly recommended. A good local pub (good pub grub) and shop 5 minutes walk away (I'd recommend the shop's homemade curry for a rainy day tent meal).

The facilities are basic, as advertised, but clean and fully functional. The "Anonymous" previous reviewer probably should have read the details and looked at the photos and booked somewhere more suitable to their sensitivities. The only things I could say about the facilities would be a few more coat-hooks for rainy days, slightly better lighting and a sign to the showers.

Hazel and Stuart were great hosts, checking if things were ok etc. and keeping in touch by text message.

Mi è piaciuto Welcoming owner , pick your own pitch, arrival anytime is great, good location to village pub/shop and can walk 55min to the beach ,good phone signal

The washing up station works fine, however the roof blew off in the last storm, it's on the list but being farmers we are a bit busy, constantly. All being well it will have a roof for the next season.
