Mi è piaciuto Gorgeous location close to the beach with lots of food options at the site and within walking distance including Pizza (Robertos, Stoned (van), Hollerbird - fried chicken and slim chicken style sauces, bar food, and a fish and chips which we didn’t sample). Also there is a tea room at Baggy point and beyond that a pub with great views of the bay. A walk up the road to Croyde check out the Hub for outstanding ice cream and also there is the Hideout at the back of the shop which has an Ibiza vibe with cocktails, food and a roof terrace. Billy buddy was also good burgers and nachos - totally recommend a visit although busy. Blue Groove we enjoyed a drink at too. Croyde was ace.

Non mi è piaciuto We arrived on Sunday and the toilet and shower block had definitely not been cleaned as of Monday evening despite complaints from multiple families to the central team, which was gross. Apparently the camp toilets were even worse. They operate check in days (Thurs Sat and Mon?) which are the only days when team are there until 9pm - we luckily arrived by 5pm Sunday else who knows……

Pitch was under the trees, so our tent and vehicle were covered in bird poo

Mi è piaciuto Great place, short walk to the beach, nice view, pizza near to camping, cool kids pool inside.

Non mi è piaciuto Cleaning in the shower area should be make often. Not to clean enough. A lot of sands, hair everywhere and pond of water.

Non mi è piaciuto Disgusting shower block. Filthy toilets full of used sanitary towels, overflowing with rubbish, didn’t flush properly and damaged toilet seats. Showers were utterly disgusting and stank. Sandy, dirty, smelly. Mould on the ceiling. It’s a disgrace that they charge what they do and only get away with it because it’s so close to the beach. Despite arriving well before 6pm both receptions were closed. Had to find security to check in to our pitch.

Mi è piaciuto Liked How close it was to the beach and handy shops on site.

Non mi è piaciuto We were told to stay 3 meters away from other tents staff told us where to place our tent they stood by us and told us where we had to lay our groundsheet which limited what we could have even though we paid for extra gazebo. Thankfully people one side of us said we could use some of their space they didn’t need. Day 2 other side of us people left new people came and pitched their tent 24 inches from our tent nothing was said to them and they kept us up most of night and early morning as we could hear everything being said and done like they were inside our tent. Kids constantly hitting our car with footballs, No privacy, everyone squeezed in like sardines so we left a day early as too stressful. Sadly wouldn’t go back.

Mi è piaciuto Location to beach.

Non mi è piaciuto We came 10 years ago and loved it. But unfortunately for the price you pay the toilet blocks are not up to standard. The shower pressure was terrible and it was so hot in there you felt like you needed another shower when you got out.

Mi è piaciuto Huge pitches, not on top of each other. Fun family holiday with plenty to do.
