Fuga rurale tranquilla in una fattoria con animali rari. Molti apprezzano la calma, i panorami e lo staff gentile (Guy!). Spazi ampi, servizi puliti/sicuri e animali da osservare. Miglioramenti in corso (docce, cucina). Accesso stretto e pochi bagni nei periodi di punta sono le uniche note.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful site, very level pitches. Friendly owner came to say hi and was very understanding when I didn't realise I had to take some cash!!

I had to give 1 star for no wifi but we really didnt want or need wifi so it wasn't an actual problem.
Non mi è piaciuto Our only downside was it was our first time out in our motorhome and crumps lane felt very small! It was worth the scare once we got there!

We had the opportunity to learn about some of the Rare Breeds at the farm, and have a cuddle of the lambs, piglets. Rosie the farm manager was great.
Norman and Ruth were great hosts. The barn bar was a nice addition in the evening, to sit in or outside of and enjoy a chilled wine or beer. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the site to anyone else.

Mi è piaciuto We absolutely loved our stay at the weekend. A peaceful place with plenty of space.
The facilities were excellent, a nice modern kitchen area to wash up with kettle, and microwave which we thought was a nice touch. the kitchen, toilets n showers were spotlessly cleaned.
Staff were ever so friendly and it was great to be at one with nature and learn a little about farming . The cows were delightful and curious and came and said hello which was beautiful!
We also visited the local pub which was 2 miles away and would recommend.

Garry most welcoming and helpful showing us around. If you want peace and quiet this is the campsite for you. Only cattle and sheep as neighbours. Excellent.

Mi è piaciuto Everything. Very peaceful, beautiful, good places to visit close by, facilities great (toilets/showers immaculate, secure coded high gate, owners lovely and helpful; did a check around, Garry the farm manager was brilliant.

Lovely quiet and off the grid camping

Mi è piaciuto Lovely and peacefull campsite with family field and adult only field. We were in the family only field on electic hook up and had a lovely level pitch near the hook up with plenty of room.
Neighbouring cows were a great entertainment for everyone throughout the day.
Facilities were humble with 2 electic shows and 2 toilets with a 3rd of each in a separate block. Initially were were nervous of queues but this was never an issue for us. There were 2 dish washing sinks and always had ample hot water for showers and dishes.
The site elt secure, relaxed and the staff were friendly. There is evidence of the facilities being epanded which will make for an amazing stay in the future.

Mi è piaciuto Stayed for 2 nights, should have booked longer it was our first weekend away in our motorhome and it couldn't have gone any better, friendly staff who made us feel welcome, nice well kept site will definitely book again worth every penny many thanks
