Campeggio solo per adulti molto apprezzato per la location tranquilla e curata, con piazzole spaziose. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Servizi puliti e funzionali. Giardini impeccabili. Alcuni vorrebbero un riparo per lavare le stoviglie, ma il giudizio generale è ottimo, con molti che pianificano un ritorno.

Mi è piaciuto Everything! Clean campsite, spacious pitches! Felt very safe as I was staying in my own tent. Excellent customer service. I cannot wait to go back
Non mi è piaciuto Not enough facilities, one shower and 2 toilets per site. However these were all very clean so that makes up for it

Mi è piaciuto I was the only tent here during my stay and the site is absolutely stunning. The pitches are spacious and the stone table and bench is very useful! I had a lovely welcome by the host who showed me around the facilities. These were perfectly adequate, the shower was hot and refreshing after a day of hiking and the loos were clean and functional. The wash up tap provides wonderfully hot water ( hot enough to fill my hot water bottles ) which made washing up very easy. The pitch itself was flat, clean and clear with lovely views and friendly cow neighbours. My dog loved it here so much she didn't want to get in the car to go home!
Loads to do nearby with the sandstone trail ( I walked out and back northwards on my first afternoon and then south to Whitchurch catching the bus back to Duckington and then walking across to Bickerton from there ). There's plenty of castles and gardens to explore and the brilliant Stretton WaterMill which is a fun little museum!
I typically choose campsites with ice pack freezing or a fridge but the great British weather meant that wasnt much of an issue during my stay. If this was ever added though I would definitely be back for a longer duration and with family!

Mi è piaciuto Spacious pitches. The only tent in the tent field all weekend. Left to it. Really quiet and has a few great trips out
Non mi è piaciuto The shower and loo are pretty basic but always clean. Not a problem at all

Mi è piaciuto Quiet site, lots of room between pitches and can parking next to tent. Good area for lots of walks. Lots of cool trees around and good for bat watching at night. Water is hot for showers and washing up.
Non mi è piaciuto Only 2 toilets and 1 shower for camping and campervan site. Both are in garden sheds which are full of cobwebs and insects. Not great facilities. No toilet roll, soap or hand drying facilities provided.
Washing up area is old stone basin which needs a good jet wash.

Mi è piaciuto I had a lovely two nights last weekend .. beautiful countryside a Camp Site only set an amount of tents … which makes it very quiet and peaceful, I will definitely be going back there again lots of nice walks
