Mi è piaciuto We’ve just returned from another wonderful stay at Humble Bee, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. ❤️
This was our second year visiting, and we absolutely love this peaceful, beautiful place. It’s the perfect escape from everyday life, allowing us to slow down, relax, and enjoy the nature.
We’ve had such a lovely time and already know we’ll be back next year. Thank you for creating such a special place — we truly love it here! 🐝🌿

Mi è piaciuto loved the site, great for families of young kids. The animals were great and so was the play barn. Shower blocks were spotless and very nicely done.

Mi è piaciuto Great facilities, cafe/bar/restaurant made eating convenient. We stayed in our own tent but the bbqs and seating for the glamping looked great. The kids adored feeding the animals every morning; play ground was ace fun. It was a lovely stay!

Non mi è piaciuto Wish the WiFi wasn’t only for 24hours each payment.

Mi è piaciuto Child friendly safe zone. The animals kept our grandson who is 5 entertained and the 9 am animal feeding time was a huge success each day. It was free

We very much appreciate the comments about Farmer Percy Club which is the free event taking place daily for our guests to enjoy.
You mention about having to pay for other entertainment.
The other entertainment is optional & the ticket prices charged cover the whole family.
We have a good range of different types of family starting at just £8.00 per family.
As you mention in your feedback, we do send out pre arrival information ahead of a guest's arrival date so they can be prepared for their stay with us.
We are also happy to help at anytime during office hours and when the Hive cafe is open.
The food is prepared to order once an order is place and The Hive is open to guests only, providing a convenient and efficient service to our customers.
Again, the food ordering is optional; many guests choose to self cater.
We appreciate your feedback about an app, thank you.
In most cases, both food and any events can be ordered during one phone call if required.

Mi è piaciuto We have enjoyed our stay at Humble Bee Farm. It was really nice to be welcomed and one of the staff knew sign language which helped the communication and that really helped me to feel settled in.

The accomodation was lovely, clean and homely. The food is amazing too especially Hawaiian Pizza.

Seeing all the animals was amazing.

Humble Bee is the best glamp site I ever been to! I have booked again for the Lambing session.

Mi è piaciuto A wonderful friendly and welcoming site, perfect for young children. The accomodation was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a few nights to celebrate our grandsons 7th birthday, the wigwam was decorated with balloons, gifts and cakes! Perfect🎉

Mi è piaciuto Lovely friendly and welcoming, great facilities in a beautiful setting.
The entire site was spotlessly clean including the accomodation.
Such a variety of things to do and hidden gems like the reflection garden.
Close to the coast too.
Would definately recommend.

Good for families with young children

Non mi è piaciuto A walk uphill back to pitch from facilities. Shop expensive and showers need a shower curtain to stop the whole cubicle getting wet - therefore difficult to get dry and dressed

Dal gestore: Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Humble Bee Farm in Piggy Back Field campsite, which as you point out has fab views over the Wolds and is great for families and couples alike.

Piggy Back is at the top of the site is approximately 100 metre from the nearest facilities (there are additional facilities on the main site too).

The nearest facilities to Piggy Back have been recently renovated and include three toilet cubicles and two shower cubicles, each with an easily adjustable shower head and plenty of hooks on which to hang clothes and towels.

You mention the shop is expsenive: the shop is here for guests to use and is very convenient. Of course it is down to the guests to use or not as they see fit.

We notice you gave us a low rating for the Wifi (there is a phone signal at Piggy Back) and a low rating for customer service, which we are very surprised at and it would be helpful if you could let us know why your rating is low.

Non mi è piaciuto Really expensive for what it is? We paid just over 700 pound for the weekend and I just don’t think it was worth the money at all! Expected a bigger and more up to date wigwam and they are all so close together not private at all!
Food expensive for the quality aswell.

We are concerned at your comments as we so rarely get negative feedback about our premium lodges.
We can see that you booked a three night stay in one of our premium ensuite accommodations which is equipped for up to six guests.
For the benefit of readers of your review, the lodge is a six berth accommodation, which is ensuite along with private hot tub, 2 car parking spaces, a kitchen dining area, and all bedding, towels etc are included.
We also provide all crockery and cutlery and there is even an outdoor area for relaxing throughout the day.
It is again worth noting that the tariff you pay also includes Farmer Percy Club each day; access to indoor and outdoor play areas; farm walks; our Reflection Garden and more.
We have three lodges at our working farm with privacy hedges between them.
You mention the food was expensive.
The food is freshly prepared once it’s been ordered, and the price is on a par with other fresh food outlets in the area.
The Hive café bar is onsite for the convenience of guests, so it means they do not need to travel to other destinations for food purposes.
The food we serve is an option for guests to use if they wish; there is always the opportunity to self cater which guests often do during their stay.
We of course appreciate your feedback, though.
