Mi è piaciuto Friendly staff, very helpful. Site and facilities well mapped and very clean. Food was delicious and lovely bar area inside and out. Gorgeous views. Will definitely book again and will stay longer. Public transport on your doorstep and lovely walks.

Mi è piaciuto The owners and staff are really welcoming, they keep ypu up to date with current and future events. We stayed with them a week earlier on our trip to Norwich, just missed out on Sunday linch but had the homemade Lemon Meringue, delicious!. Full services and great large restaurant/function room. We booked again on journey back to Ripon. Fish and Chips Friday. I tried the homemade fishcakes, wow never tasted such great fishcakes, thank you

Mi è piaciuto Pleasant site, The warden was really helpful. 10 minute walk into town, delightful place lots of pubs and eating places, The food at the Orange Tree was lovely. The view from our van was outstanding and stunning. All facilities catered for.

Mi è piaciuto Friendly staff, great clean facilties, clean site. Close to shops, great little cafe 2 mins from site, local pubs serving food. Fantastic play area just outside the site with the beach being just across the road. Great taxi service (no bus service) cheap as well. Train from Millom to Burrow in Furness.

Non mi è piaciuto Quite a sleepy site, not very busy, lots of seasonal caravans.

Mi è piaciuto Great space, loads of room around your pitch, fantastic green space for camping, kids somewhwre to run around. Food, lots of choice a big portions loves just sitting and watching the content flow of bikes. Bar shuts at 10, campsite is very respectful great 2 nights sleep will defiantly go again

Mi è piaciuto Everything, large bays gravel and generous grass area, clean wet rooms and toilets. Onside gift shop and excellent cafe. Staff are really friendly. Bus stop just outside the main campsite entrance, we popped into York for the day. Lots of fresh water points. Nice and peaceful. Nice walk to the village pubs, about 30 to 40 mins walk, wifi as well !!

Mi è piaciuto Great facilties, toilets and showers clean. Decent spaces between each pitch. Well-kept pitches. We had a evening meal and breakfast. Great choice and food, was delicious. Staff are friendly, Scott was friendly and very informative, this made us feel really welcome. Mixture of age range and families, even a brave couple in a tiny tent ! Will definitely return!!
