Mi è piaciuto Toilets were clean and tidy nice little pub near by.

Non mi è piaciuto Wifi was dropping in and out but we pitched at the bottom near the woods so was not that great also near a road were lorries were passing but during the night it was quiet.

Non mi è piaciuto Appalling site, nobody to meet and greet, sign said to check in at pub bar, the bar man didn’t want to know and said just go and park up!

Drove past the toilet block, which we didn’t even bear to venture into! drove past the half a dozen or so static caravans which looked derelict, on to the grass and hard standing area, no electric available for our paid hook-up, plus a couple of occupants which were definitely long term residents and looked a bit dubious, turned round and left.

Site felt unsafe, unloved and needs a total revamp, very sad as it could be a good little site with the pub on its doorstep, the pub looks like it’s just undergone a refurb so perhaps I’m being a tad pre-judgemental, perhaps the site is going to be refurbished but surely if it is it should of been ready for the beginning of the season! Don’t think we’ll be back!

Mi è piaciuto Clean toilet block, friendly welcome and availability of site staff (Mark and Kimberley), ease of access, quiet, clean, tidy. This site has a new owner and is a work in progress.

Non mi è piaciuto Having to walk so far to the toilet block past the mobile homes, wi-fi only seemed to work in the toilet block, the outside photos on the website are not up to date - there are now several mobile homes up where the tents used to be.

Non mi è piaciuto Unfortunately this time the shower curtains were very dirty and shower / toilet blocks were not up to usual standard.
Unfortunately the touring pitches have been moved down to the bottom and the pitches are as nice. The nice pitches are now taken up with static caravans. Won’t be returning.

Mi è piaciuto Close to Halesworth town centre(primary reason for staying).
Clean warm facilities with powerful hot showers(all free).
Quiet site shared with residential caravans.
Well spaced pitches.
Good electric points.
Good value for money.

Non mi è piaciuto Grass around pitches needed to be cut.
Bins overflowing.
Some debris lying around but obviously work in progress.
If busy the site may struggle as facilities limited: 1 WC & 1 Shower for men and 2 WC & 1 shower for women. 1 washing up sink
No wifi.
Facilities, water and Elsan was not that close to touring pitches.

Mi è piaciuto The accessibility to this site is good - no twisty narrow lanes to negotiate.
The welcome from Mark and Kim was super personal, warm and engaging - they explained everything clearly, filled up my clean water and apologised for the "work in progress"
The shower (single) in the ladies was clean and accessible. The two toilets were clean.
There are static homes onsite - but the occupants don't use the facilities - so they are adequate.
I LOVED the woodland area to walk the dog - she loved it too. It's lovely and natural with primroses flowering at the moment
They have free laundry facilities- massive plus but I was only one night so didn’t use them.
They have full amps electricity and hard standing pitches which are spacious for a motorhome (but I don't have an awning addition)

Non mi è piaciuto The site is a work in progress under new management - they have recently laid new type 1 but the base hardcore is full of "junk" which Mark and Kim (only appointed this week) are trying to clear - this didnt spoil my stay - but people should be aware.
The pub isn't open yet - but should be soon.
The landscaping isn't complete - but they have plans to plant hedges etc
I got a WiFi code - but the router signal doesnt reach the pitches
