Elmwicke offre un'ottima esperienza con servizi impeccabili, docce calde e un'utile area lavaggio con frigo/congelatore. I proprietari, Ruth e John, sono molto apprezzati per la loro cordialità. Le piazzole sono spaziose e pianeggianti. Il caffè in loco è un gradito bonus con ottimi panini per la colazione. I bambini adorano i giri in trattore e gli spazi per giocare. Nonostante qualche accenno al rumore del traffico autostradale, il sito è rilassante e ben curato, altamente raccomandato e da rivisitare.

Good location for water activities - visited Croft farm water park and Cheltenham lido nearby.
Non mi è piaciuto Nothing really but would recommend a torch when walking across the field at night. There are deep lines in the ground across the site that you would want to avoid when walking at night.

Mi è piaciuto The space, the toilets and showering facilities. The dish washing area, the washing machine, fridge and freezer. The owners are absolutely lovely. The disabled toilet/shower area was a bonus for us.
The tractor ride on Friday night for the kids. The chilled out feel of the whole place. Only a short drive into Gloucester Centre.

Mi è piaciuto I cannot say how much we LOVE Elmwicke camping. We literally live 20mins away, yet it’s like stepping into another world. Jonathan and Ruth are amazing and the site is simply brilliant. The field is clean and even at max capacity, never feels overcrowded. The facilities are excellent and always clean and fresh. It’s big clear skies, flat level grass and simply brilliant all round. Simply amazing!!!!!

Mi è piaciuto Amazing facilities, best I’ve seen. Very clean toilets and showers, lovely washing up room with washing machine and fridge freezers to use.
Plenty of space and a lovely big field for the kids, enough distance to not hear other people’s camps.
Non mi è piaciuto The sound of the nearby M5, it was windy so we were possibly unlucky with the wind carrying the sound. I didn’t notice it during the day, but at night I could hear the distant rumble and found it annoying. The rest of my party weren’t bothered though.

This is by far one of the nicest sites we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Ruth and John are so welcoming, friendly & attentive as hosts. As soon as you arrive you can feel the lovely atmosphere. The views were outstanding, the site is flat, clean & well maintained & the bathrooms are tidy, clean and well stocked. They also have a cafe on site which serves delicious breakfast rolls along with other options such as ice-creams, snacks, drinks etc.
Really looking forward to heading back again when we can!
