We want to reassure you that clear rules and safety procedures are already in place across the park. Our Touring Team follows a strict health and safety process when it comes to our electrical hook-ups, including the appropriate checks to ensure they are safe for guests to use. We also have a 10 mph speed limit throughout the park, which is there to protect all our guests, particularly children and families. When our teams see vehicles speeding or guests not following the park rules, they will challenge them and remind them of the rules in place. We absolutely agree that these rules need to be followed. We have also recently updated our rules regarding e-scooters. Where our teams observe them being used in breach of these rules, they will challenge the guest and take the appropriate action. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced a hand dryer that wasn’t working, and we’ll ensure this feedback is passed to the relevant team. Thank you again for raising your concerns.
