A aimé There was plenty of loos and showers. The cafe was nice but not open all week. We were only there two nights.

N'a pas aimé when we booked we checked there was an electric car charger and the chap running it said there was a car using it at the moment but he'd be gone in an hour. The car was there all night meaning we couldnt use it, and when we checked it wasn't actually plugged in. It was a selling point of this site that we then couldn't use. The site wasn't very busy, but we had all been bunched into a corner, and we were so close to our neighbours we could hear them chewing their crisps.

Réponse du gestionnaire : + When you book direct with pitchup you are randomly assigned a pitch which cannot be changed. There are other ways to book and select your own pitch.

A aimé The owner was the most helpful I've ever met. The facilities were spotless. Fridge and freezer were very handy. Loved the swap shop and the useful umbrella we borrowed. The dog walking field was amazing for the pooch. Great location and nice flat pitches. Pitch was also huge! Not many campsites have fresh flowers in the toilets! The wildlife is amazing- we saw swallows, owls, frogs, and all manner of birds.

N'a pas aimé Could do with curtains over the blinds to stop draughts. A hair dryer would also be amazing and a radio or speaker.

N'a pas aimé The toilets were not cleaned throughout our two night stay, as the same tampax wrapper was on the floor when we arrived as when we left. The floor was filthy and there was little or no toilet roll.

A aimé Lovely big pitches surrounded by tall grass for privacy. Level ground. Nice play area. Toilets spotless and showers very new and efficient, and so warm! John and his team couldn't do enough to help. Gorgeous views.

N'a pas aimé Nothing to dislike, the site was pretty much perfect!

A aimé Level ground, friendly staff, peaceful site, can see the kids wherever they play due to the field size.

N'a pas aimé No sink in the toilet to wash hands (although gel is provided), fire pit was huge and so took a lot more logs to get a good effect out of.
