Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your review. We were surprised and disappointed to see an overall score of 6/10. You stayed in one of our basic glamping options, which is priced to offer good-value, simple accommodation. We also have upgraded and luxury accommodation available for guests looking for a higher-spec experience. We pride ourselves on providing clean, well-maintained accommodation, quality facilities and beautiful surroundings, and we were very accommodating throughout your stay, including allowing additional use of our facilities around your departure time. We therefore found the overall score surprising, particularly alongside your scores of 8/10 for cleanliness and 7/10 for location, value for money and customer service. We do feel our basic accommodation offers very good value for what is provided, and the vast majority of our guests thoroughly enjoy their stays with us.
