A aimé Pub nearby. The Royal Oak. Quiet working farm. Friendly seasonal pitchers.

N'a pas aimé Toilet "block" was a combined single unisex toilet and wet floor shower room/hit. A simple brick hut outhouse. Victorians would have been proud of it and some of the farm yard animals too. It was disgusting.

A aimé High standard of pitch. Very spacious site. Being late October, it was perfectly quiet but it looks like a well manicured site. Cleaning facilities were superb. Customer service was excellent.

A aimé We only used as a quick stop on the way to Cornwall. The Warden was super helpful in the dark and during a horrific storm. Put us on a gravel pitch and guided us personally. The Cafe was great. Best value breakfast we've had in a long time.

N'a pas aimé Disappointed with standard of toilets/shower block.I must stress they were very clean but small, dated and fewer than other sites.

A aimé Everything. Apparently the ladies toilet facilties were VERY well thought out. Elevated doggy shower cubicle and a doggy assault cause area. Friendly season pitchers.

A aimé Hostess ( who met us in a clown suit while coirdinating a kids patty)! Remoteness. Adults only. The standard of the gravel pitches. Peacefulness of the place.

N'a pas aimé Couldn't give it 5 stars as the toilets - although clean - need an upgrade (which IS part of a development plan). We will be back.

N'a pas aimé Not a dislike but the Elsan point could benefit from having some running water to flush cartridges out. All the other facilities were excellent and clean

A aimé Everything about the site. Beautiful site. A little gem. We returned within a couple of weeks!

N'a pas aimé You have to be off site by 1030 am. For a weekend, that feels too early when you're enjoying such a lovely site.

A aimé Very friendly little site. Next a fishery which was big enough to have a stroll around. Very peaceful watching the fish nudging the surface in the morning sunlight. Several seasonal pitches and return users but everybody let on to you and made you feel welcome. Lovely pub about 10 mims down the lane. Good food there. York is only 20 minutes away but Selby was a nice little town. Lots of places to drink outside in the sun!

N'a pas aimé Not a dislike but there was only on male loo; when sticking to "number ones only" rule on the chem toilet, it was a bit of a gamble getting a free stall in the morning 😀
