A aimé : As they were not busy and we had a 9M motorhome we were allowed to park over 2 pitches, giving us plenty of space. Electric and water on the pitch. Tony, the manager was very helpful indeed, ordered our pizzas for us and nothing was too much trouble.

N'a pas aimé: Tight entrances and also into pitches. Directly opposite static homes so could be quite intrusive, but like I said they weren't busy, so it wasn't a problem for us.
Mixed shower cubicles so didn't use them.

Thank you for your feedback, although we are surprised, as you didn't actually stay with us. Our campsite is open from April 1st to October 31st, welcoming both permanent residents and holidaysmakers for short stays, and we are happy to host many visitors who enjoy their time here.
We work every day to improve the site, including the entrance to the campsite, which was recently renovated, to offer an even better experience.
We encourage future visitors to come and discover our site for themselves rather than relying on an impression without a real stay !

A aimé : The welcome from the owner was fantastic; he was so friendly and helpful - giving me directions to a local ice-cream place and then placing my campervan in an uninhabited corner as I was travelling with three small dogs. The location is superb, there are some lovely easy walks which I enjoyed with my puppies, the toilet and shower facilities are basic but totally adequate and there was table tennis and other amenities for the kids staying at the same time as me.

Location-wise this is very convenient for both Calais and Dunkirk and is easy to find via satnav, though be very careful of the super-low bridge (<2m) that my satnav in particular kept trying to take me under and there is another way round that is easy to find but hard to describe.

All in all I had a very pleasant two nights staying here and would recommend it for longer stays, or just a brief pause before crossing the channel as it was for me.

N'a pas aimé: No lights in the toilet blocks was my only gripe.

A aimé : Close to Calais for ferry/train. Owner really friendly remembers us from previous year. Very pleasant man. We had a slight problem with a padlock and he had it cut off in minutes for us. Toilets showers clean washing up facilities washer and dryer. Lakes nearby for a lovely walk food and drink if you want or ice cream

N'a pas aimé: We have a big motorhome and it is a bit tight getting in or out of pitch

Lovely tidy and clean site
Only stayed 1 night on route to tunnel so didn’t experience the area around site.

N'a pas aimé: Narrow entrance although the owner did point out a wider bridge to leave by.
Lights in showers didn’t stay on very long

A aimé : Nice pitch with plenty of room and electric/water close by. Easy check in and very helpful.

N'a pas aimé: The shower block is somewhat dated and cold, so decided against a shower until we got to our next destination. A good site for either a stopover at start or end of stay. Nice bistro and ice cream parlour close by.

A aimé : Great location within easy reach of the ferry port, local area lovely with nice walks around the lakes. Very warm welcome from the owner.

N'a pas aimé: Toilets not the cleanest but are functional. Depending on time of year visiting most things are shut. Bit expensive for what you actually get.

The restrooms are cleaned several times a day. Unfortunately, it's possible someone has gone before you without it being cleaned... We apologize!
Shops are generally open every day, except sometimes on public holidays and Sundays or Mondays!
