A aimé Very very nice place, but not for everyone

N'a pas aimé Our bell tent was about 400m away from parking, up hill, not for most people.
Facilities were next to car park so quite a bit of hike each time you wanted to get anything sorted.
Overall great place but be mindfull, its not for the lazy ones ;)

Yes, we strive to create a true sense of wild here for our guests and so everyone is asked to park in the meadow carpark and walk to their tent and hired bell tent pitches, giving them a big open meadows to really relax in and gain a true sense of being in nature. Hopefully you found the wheelbarrows helpful for moving kit and we are always happy to help if guests require extra assistance 😊 Best wishes, Pridie

A aimé Beautiful location, absolutely stunning and feels very special. Had a lovely chat with priddie on all things herbs and really enjoyed my stay. I'll stay again whenever I'm in the area - great spot

A aimé Beautiful campsite in a tranquil setting. Definitely back to nature here, if you like toilet blocks and "Amenities" this probably isn't for you. The pitches are level, very well spaced and each with it's own fire pit. We will definitely be back!

A aimé Couldn't have asked for more. Pridie was the most welcoming host ever, met us on arrival, took our stuff and my mother to the tebt and gave a lot of useful information.

The place itself was exactly what we're looking for from Welsh countryside. So quiet and peaceful and absolutely stunning views.

Thank you for your hospitality (Sorry the boys weren't the greatest of shepherd's haha)

A aimé Good service from campsite manager.
Great location with lovely scenery - watch out for dragon's breath in the morning!
Very eco friendly.

A aimé Really lovely location in the hills, Pridie was a friendly and kind host. Felt back to nature. Nice to have space around the pitches so felt more open. Great base to walk from. Has all the space and facilities you need for a short break away. Shame we missed the sauna Saturday!

A aimé The wildness of the campsite and the sustainability features such as composting toilets. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

A aimé I LOVED LOVED LOVED my stay here. It was quiet, beautiful, respected nature, beautiful scenery, fabulous walks from the adjacent fields and.... As I sat on the toilet in the barn, I could watch the swollow birds feeding their brood of hungry babies. Toilet with a view extraordinaire!!! I'd intended going wild camping on my second night, but changed plans and stayed. I already felt thoroughly at peace. My hope is restored in the kind of campsites I want to stay at. Thanks so much Pridie.

N'a pas aimé Not a problem for me at all, but don't come expecting showers like the Hilton hotel or WiFi like home. This is a campsite for nature-loving outdoor types.

A aimé I absolutely loved my stay ✨ it was everything I could have hoped for and more. I was at the foot of the Black Mountains with great walks. The facilities were great and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.
