A aimé Everything! Clean toilets and showers! Beautiful little set up in each pitch! And it’s just lovely!

A aimé Quiet site, very peaceful. Showers were a good temperature. Sites were more private than your typical field camping, with lots of trees for shade on these hot summer days. Footpaths directly from the site.

N'a pas aimé Toilets were not cleaned regularly enough. Sinks were always visibly dirty and loo roll was out a couple of times.

There is a big metal walled barn next to the electric pitches, which is not shown in the photos and it detracted from the wooded/nature setting.

Price was expensive for what you get, compared to other campsites on the island.

A aimé Layout of the camping ground meant our spot felt quite private, good and clean amenities, some benches floating around for us to sit around on, the skatepark was cool to watch, everything we needed for a bike camp overnight!

That was our aim. Great to hear the facilities had everything you needed too, and that you got to enjoy a bit of skatepark action while you were here.

A aimé It’s a really beautiful location! Friendly hosts… thoughtful facilities and washing up! There’s even a bath! We would come back camping- not with a caravan…

N'a pas aimé Signage was confusing on arrival with car park pointing into camping area before getting to another car park sign pointing into another direction.
On arrival the whole place sadly felt very run down and drives were extremely uneven. It was unclear where to go or how to check in.
This campsite is not suitable for tourers or motorhomes one for the condition of the drives/roads/acceibilty to pitches and also because you cannot empty toilet waste. Or grey water… maybe it said on the website but if we known we would have camped.

For camping, bell tents and camper vans looked fab!

A aimé Lovely site, very quiet, excellent facilities, the showers are the best we have ever experienced on any campsite (and we've been to a few!) Very clean and such a wonderful vibe about the place.

And yes, definitely arrive with provisions. We’re a little tucked away down here, which is part of the charm, but it does mean being prepared helps.

A aimé There are a lot of trees and bushes at the campsite, which make your pitch more private and shaded.

N'a pas aimé This was not what we expected from the photos we saw when we booked. We were so disappointed when we arrived we didn’t stay, but booked another campsite.
