A aimé Everything .. The whole site is very well kept.. all the toilets and showers were very clean.. The swimming pool was brilliant, the bar and restaurant were great with the food excellent..

A aimé Lovely setting hidden away great for a few relaxed days away from the rat race. Great woodland walks for my dog Dolly. Quirky accommodation be small if more than 2 adults and a few children. Would deffo recommend the site well kept immaculate facilities.

A aimé We stayed in the Hideaway. Lovely and secluded, clean and well presented little cabin. Would be good for couple's getaway

N'a pas aimé This cabin is not suitable for young children. There is a steep ladder to the first floor bed area which would be disaster if they fell from, we found we were constantly having to stop them from trying to climb the ladder so couldn't relax during our stay. One of the ground floor beds it very high up, both beds on the ground floor have large gaps round the edge and and metal frames with springs that are not suitable for young children to sleep on, you have to wedge all the gaps with cushions but there are not enough cushions in the cabin for safe sleeping. Slightly claustrophobic for a family of 4 and not excellent value compared to other holiday parks in the area. Soft play was closed during our stay. Also the cabin was about 15 minute walk from the facilities

We appreciate your concerns regarding safety and suitability for young children, we appreciate this accommodation did not feel suitable for your family. The dens do get booked up very far in advance and are popular with families but we appreciate with smaller children, this may have been difficult. We would suggest a Luxury Pod or Holiday Home where the beds are all on one level and more suitable.

We’re sorry the soft play was closed during your stay, this is very unfortunate as this was closed for a minimal period to allow us to fully refurbish and was open very soon afterwards. As the dens and pods are located in the woodland area, there is a short walk to the main facilities on park.

A aimé The pitches are lovely and spacious the toilet and shower block where so clean and very posh ,the swimming pool area was lovely and clean and very quite , the food was lovely ,we enjoyed a game of bowling , the staff where friendly

N'a pas aimé Nothing relie apart from the soft play was closed for upgrade so we went to greenlands farm for the day and even there was lovely but soft play was shut during the week and only open weekends , we found it a little bit hard to get to with caravan but just have to take a steady drive as tight bends and small roads

A aimé Really peaceful site. Amenities are always spotless and well stocked. Everything you need for a break away on site. Food is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We love staying here!

A aimé love the site went on our own as a couple then returned with family

N'a pas aimé i think when people arrive they should be told the soft play has to be adult supervised . some parents just let them come & go whilst they are elsewhere i took my 3 grankids in twice & both times a child hit my 1 yr old grandchild no parents checking them also would be nice if more covered area with heaters for seating outside as lots of people with dogs were sitting outside & as a group with 3 children under 5 & a dog often had to sit in the rain
