All the basics available (shower/toilet block, kitchen wash up area w/freezer, multiple water refill points) Mike always on hand to provide assistance which was appreciated. On site food van serving breakfast and hot drinks most mornings and crepes [Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available] and themed nights some evenings). Location is great - close to A30 and 5 mins from Hayle which has all the local amenities required. Close to Gwithian and Godrevy beaches and short drive to Hayle and Portreath beaches in opposite directions.
N'a pas aimé : Only minor point stopping it from full 5 stars are the shower heads - would be beneficial if moveable heads for ease of use. Currently they’re fixed heads but they’re always kept immaculately clean.

The amazing couple in the hot food van - so lovely and friendly and such a bonus having this on site - open 5 mornings a week and 3 evenings.
The owners were very accommodating when we asked to stay an extra 2 nights. Stayed 11 nights in total, could have easily stayed longer ❤️N'a pas aimé : Nothing, great value for money, hope to return next year. Oh, there is no WiFi, but that didn't bother me, just my teenage son lol!

We are glad that we could accommodate your request for extra nights and you ended up staying for 11. Although we don’t have WiFi, the 4/5 g signal is very good on site, so hopefully it wasn’t too awful for your son 😀.

Myself and my 10yo daughter stayed in 'Rosie' shepards hut. Bed was super comfy, space to hang clothes, multiple power points, table and chairs inside the hut as well as our own decking and picnic bench outside.
Showers and loos were hot, cleaned daily and very modern.
Food truck on site for breakfast, curry night and pizzas!
Freezers for ice blocks, good sized washing up area with hot water.
6 minute drive from stunning Godrevy Beach, Lidl and petrol station.
Would 100% recommend and would like to stay again.

Our pitch wasn’t to far from the facilities, they were clean and maintained. The shows were not that powerful and kind of missed you, but they did work. We really liked this site, we drove to get to places locally, so can’t comment on walking to stuff.

The showers were custom built for us, but we will look into maybe a couple of movable shower heads in the future, if we are able to do it without any major refurbishment costs.
