We dont advertise that we have Wifi and have no plans to have it in the immediate future, as our focus is on having great facilities on site and keeping prices as affordable as possible. We understand that Wi fi is important for some people, however we do run our business from the office using the 4/5g signal which is excellent across the site.

We appreciate that our location won’t be for everyone as we are not central to everything, but we are only a short distance from the bus stop with buses this time of year every 15mins. There is also an open top bus that will stop outside the gate if you don’t wish to walk on the road. Details of the timetable is available in the office.

To keep our prices affordable and the site basic, we don’t plan to have a laundrette, but as you very kindly mention, there is a local laundrette in Hayle. We look forward to meeting you again in the future.

We are so sorry that due to the continuous rain the pod leaked and your clothing got wet. We only wish that you had reported it to us at the time, so we could have moved you to another barrel and carried out the urgent repairs needed immediately and dry your clothing for you. This would have ensured the barrel was dry and sealed for the subsequent guests and prevented a late night call to inform us that the barrel was leaking. The outcome of which was the guests were moved to an empty shepherds hut, their wet laundry washed and dried and the barrel was dried out and made water tight.

However we are glad that you would book to stay with us again in the future and recommend us to your friends. Hopefully the weather will be better on your next visit.
